Stone Dwarf

As a stone dwarf, you are of a different make from your brethren. Your kind were massive statues crafted by the ancient dwarven gods as guardians, soldiers and master smiths, springing to life when the gods gifted you breath.

Your kind believes that your gods designed each and every one of your predecessors with a purpose in mind. The fractured clans descended from your ancestors venerate these ancient purposes and adopt them as their own specialties.

Just like the stone your forefathers were hewn from, you're old and hardy and unflinchingly meditative. Stone dwarves are rare, solitary beings that dwell deep underground or settle near the ruined shrines of forgotten gods.

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.

Stone Camouflage. Your ancestry bestows you with the ability to shift your skin to be rough and rugged, matching the colour of whatever stone surrounds you. Any equipment you have on you gains this texture as well, giving you the appearance of a statue. You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to hide in rocky terrain.

One Man Siege Your deitic artisans fashioned you to destroy cities, not men. Your melee attacks deal double damage to structures.

Powerful Build Your dwarven frame is enormous, towering over others at a gigantic 6 feet and weighing in at an average of 350 to 400 pounds. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
