Jack-of-No-Trades Bardic College

Most bards are a little bit good at everything and slightly better at one thing. Some bards are so good at too many unrelated things that they're actually good at nothing. This is that bard.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you choose this college at 3rd level you gain proficiency with martial ranged weapons, medium armour, brewer's supplies and land vehicles.

Inspiration over Effort

When you choose this college a 3rd level you gain access to a new use for your Bardic Inspiration. Your Bardic Inspiration die can be added to any roll of any kind, but it's always only a d4.

Extra Attack

Beginning at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the attack action on your turn, even though you have no business taking the attack action in the first place.

Superior Mediocrity

Starting at 14th level, your proficiency bonus is halved but you become proficient in everything.
