Cleric: Pestilence Domain
The dwarf arrived in town shortly after the sickness. She tended to the sick and dying, giving what care she could. The festering boils and the sweet sickly smell of decay enveloped the town. Those who could leave did so, yet with them traveled the plague. The dwarf stayed, and the townsfolk would thank her, for she eased the suffering of those too far gone.
Behind the mask, the dwarf smiled, for she was the bringer of disease, and it barely needed her help to flourish.

Starting at 1st level, when you deal necrotic or poison damage to a creature (even if reduced to zero damage by immunity), it gains the Dormant Pestilence condition.
This condition lasts for one week or until you spend a bonus action to touch the creature and end the condition. While this condition is active, the creature is not restored to maximum hit points on a long rest
Miasma
From 1st level, you gain the ability to exhude vapours of a curing, or plaguelike nature as an action. When you exhude curing vapours, one creature of your choice within 5 ft. is cured of all diseases affecting it. When you exhude plaguelike vapours, all creatures within 5 ft. except yourself must succeed on a Consitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC or take 1d6 poison damage. This damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 11th level, and 4d6 at 16th level.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum 1). You regain all uses at the end of a long rest.

You can repeat the Action, dealing damage on each of your following turns while the outbreak is active. If you do not use your action to repeat this effect, or lose concentration, the outbreak ends.
Disease Vectors
When you reach 6th level, gain the ability to imbue creatures as disease carriers. As an action, you can imbue any number of tiny creatures within a 15 ft cube originating from you as Disease Vectors. These creatures inflict the Dormant Pestilence condition on any creature they deal melee damage to. Any tiny creatures you summon are automatically Disease Vectors.
Potent Spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Plaguebearers
From 17th level, you have gained the ability to transform creatures into plaguebearers. As an Action, you can imbue a number of creatures up to your Wisdom modifier with the following traits: The creatures becomes immune to disease and the Dormant Pestilence condition. When a creature comes within 5 ft of the imbued creature, you can choose it to suffer the Dormant Pestilence condition.
The imbuement lasts for one hour, after which it fades, with no further effects on the imbued creatures.
