The Petrified Eye

The dark indented rock telepathically provides the answer to any question from an attuned user. When used for the first time in a day, the user must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or take 1 level of Obsession. Any subsequent questions in that day deals 3d6 necrotic damage to the user and adds one level of Obsession.
Excretes a red liquid into the indent when visible to the attuned user, can still be asked verbal questions when it is in visible range.

| 1st | User won't let the Eye out of direct possession. |
| 2nd | User speaks to the Eye when no one is watching. |
| 3rd | User must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or ask the same question again, unaware it had gotten an answer |
| 4th | User becomes mildly hostile to anyone looking or asking about the rock |
| 5th | User curls into a fetal position around the rock. Every minute in this position the user must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or ask a random question |
| 6th | Death. |
Losing Obsession Levels
One Obsession level is dismissed every two days of not asking a question.
