Innate Spellcasting. Elenath's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

1/day each: invisibility, suggestion, polymorph, remove curse

Magic Resistance. Elenath has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Stupefying Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 12 (2d6 + 5) psychic damage and the target must make a DC 16 Wisdom save or have their mind fogged for 12 hours. A character with their mind fogged cannot cast spells and has disadvantage on any Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma ability checks and saving throws.

Fey Charm. Elenath targets one humanoid or beast that she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can see her, it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed. The charmed creature regards Elenath as a trusted friend to be heeded and protected. Although the target isn't under Elenath's control, it takes her requests or actions in the most favorable way it can.

Each time Elenath or her allies do anything harmful to the target, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Otherwise, the effect lasts 24 hours or until Elenath dies, is on a different plane of existence from the target, or ends the effect as a bonus action. If a target's saving throw is successful, the target is immune to the Elenath's Fey Charm for the next 24 hours.

Elenath can have no more than one humanoid and up to three beasts charmed at a time.
