Vigilance Domain
The vigilance domain covers the gods whose duty is to protect the weak and pierce its eyes through shadow to uncover the deception of their enemies. Such gods include Helm, Eldath, Tyr, Dol Arrah, The Silver Flame and Bahamut.

Bonus Proficiences
At 1st level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons and heavy armor.
Guardian of Life
From 1st level, your duty to protect life enables you to protect your companions from harm of attacks. While holding a shield, when a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll.
Channel Divinity: Guided Protection
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to protect yourself from harm. Using your bonus action, you receive a +5 bonus to AC and advantage on saving throws until the end of your next turn. You also impose disadvantage on attack rolls made against friendly creatures within 5 feet of you until the end of your next turn.
Channel Divinity: Bless of Protection
Starting at 6th level, when a creature within 30 feet of you is about to be attacked, is in the area of a harmful spell or the target of one, you can use your reaction to grant that creature a +5 bonus to its AC and advantage on saving throws until the end of the turn, using your Channel Divinity. You make this choice after you see the roll, but before the DM says whether the attack hits or misses.

Divine Strike
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 damage of the same type dealt by the weapon to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
Shield of God
Starting at 17th level, when you use Guided Protection or Bless of Protection, the target also gains resistance to all damage.
