More than mere fiat, your family's right to rule sometimes manifests itself in the form of arcane power. Such power is often considered a great boon to the royal family, unless the family has been deposed, in which case it is a dangerous blessing that marks its bearers as scions of the old line, whom usurpers see as loose ends to be eliminated. #### Royal Spells You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Royal Spells table. Each spell counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it does not count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. When you gain a level in this class, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be an abjuration or enchantment spell from the cleric, sorcerer, or wizard spell list. ##### Royal Spells | Sorcerer Level| Spells | |:-------------:|:-------:| | 1st |*command, unseen servant*| | 3rd |*lesser restoration, spiritual weapon*| | 5th | *remove curse, tongues* | | 7th | *banishment, compulsion*| | 9th | *circle of power, geas* | #### Sovereign Deportment Beginning at 1st level, the way you carry yourself affirms your heritage. Your hit point maximum increases by 1, and increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class. Additionally, you gain proficiency in your choice of either the Intimidation or Persuasion skill. #### Regal Countenance At 6th level, your monarchical essence causes you to undergo a minor physical transformation. Your appearance takes on one of the following qualities (your choice): beautiful, kind, or imposing. Whatever your choice, if your proficiency bonus applies to a Charisma check, double that bonus. #### Grand Assembly Starting at 14th level, your lineage lets you rally your allies. As a bonus action, you can spend 3 sorcery points to heal a number of creatures that you can see up to your proficiency bonus within 60 feet of you a number of d6s equal to your Charisma modifier hit points each. A creature healed by this feature may also end a condition affecting it. \column :: #### Magical Majesty Starting at 18th level, your bloodline protects you from mundane assassination attempts. You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons. Additionally, you can spend 6 sorcery points as a reaction when you take bludgeoning, piercing, poison, or slashing damage to instead take no damage. Once you use this ability, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest. {{artist,bottom:195px,right:50px ##### Queen Victoria [Franz Xaver Winterhalter, Public domain, via Wikimedia Commons](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Queen_Victoria_-_Winterhalter_1859.jpg) }} ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: {{wide
