# Forgesoul Your magic is naturally linked to the ever shifting reactions between metal and heat, flowing from raging anger to solemn stillness, calmly endurance to passionately enflamed. Constantly in flux and changing in their mood as easily as the planes, Forge souls seek the gentle warmth’s of comfort while being as enduring as Steel. ### History: Born on the continent of Foundry or to a native of Foundry, Forgesouls are infused with the essence of the Crystal weave, strengthened by the metals of the mountains, heated by the Forgeplane desert. Forgesouls have always occurred and were a point of interest for the Cabal during the Golden era. ## Elemental Flux: You are constantly in flux between two elemental poles, Fire and Earth. After every Short or long rest you roll D6 on an even result your are aligned to Earth, on an odd result you are aligned to Fire, your elemental Alignment effects your features later. Additionally you understand and can read and speak Primordial and the Terran and Ignan Dialects. ## Steel Soul: While you are elementally aligned to Earth your AC is 11+ your charisma modifier, while you are elementally aligned to Fire you may use your reaction when attacked by an enemy within 5 feet to counterattack any attacker within 5 feet of you for D6+ your charisma modifier Fire damage. ## Forgeheart: At 6th level you gain resistance to Fire and Slashing damage. While under the elemental alignment to Fire you add your charisma modifier to damage rolls on fire spells, while aligned to Earth gain D10+ your charisma modifier temporary hit points. You gain these benefits once you enter the form associated with them. ## Bellows/Tempered: At 14th level you gain the ability to use a bonus action to switch your Elemental alignment from Fire to Earth, once you have used this feature you may not use it again until you have finished a short rest. ## Forged Flesh: At 18th level you may temporarily transform yourself into a titan of Fire and Earth, you gain the effect of the Enlarge effects from Enlarge/Reduce, You may additionally cast Burning hands once per turn as if it was cast using a 4th level spell slot. This effect lasts for a full minute, once used this feature may not be used again until you have finished a long rest. ### Physical changes Being in a constant state of magical flux the body of a Forgesoul slowly changes with time. At level 1 your hands and feet are slightly charred and earthen, and your heart faintly glows with warmth. At level 6 your hands and feet gain a slight metallic shine and your forearms look charred, heart still glows faintly. At level 14 your forearms and hands have altered themselves to appear entirely metallic, tops of the arms have a slight sheen and your heart glows brightly when exposed. At 18 your body produces about the same heat as a bonfire, and when unconcealed your chest glows with the same amount of light as a bonfire aswell, your arms and legs also appear entirely metallic.
