These spoons were made for wealthy people to enable them to eavesdrop on dinner conversations while keeping their own conversations private. You gain the following benefits while holding it in your hand: - You have advantage on Wisdom(Perception) checks based on hearing. - As an action, you can point your finger toward a creature within range and whisper a message. The target (and only the target) hears the message and can reply in a whisper that only you can hear. - As an action you can cast the spell *evocation*. You can only use it for hearing (not sight). Once used, this property cannot be used again until the next dawn. ### Spoon of Reflection *Wondrous item (spoon), Uncommon* A silver spoon that is highly reflective. Looking at the outside of the spoon you see your image stretched out. Looking at the inside of the spoon you see your image compressed. - This item has 4 charges. It regains 1d3 charges at dawn. Wisdom is the spellcasting attribute for spells cast using this item. - As an action you can expend a charge to cast the spell *alter self*. - As an action you can expend a charge to cast the spell *enlarge/reduce*. ### Spoon of Safety *Wondrous item (spoon), Uncommon* A bronze spoon. These spoons were made by the wealthy to protect them from being poisoned. You gain the following benefits while holding it in your hand: - Advantage on saving throws against poison - Resistance against poison damage. - You can sense the presence and location of poisons within 30 feet of you. You also identify the kind of poison. This sense is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt. - As an action you can cast the spell *protection from poison*. Once used, this property cannot be used again until the next dawn. ``` ``` ### Spoon of Sound *Wondrous item (spoon), Uncommon* A tin spoon. It makes a pleasant clank when it is used to hit something firm. These spoons were made by bards to have an instrument they could carry easily and use for performances. You gain the following benefits while holding it in your hand: - Your voice is up to three times as loud as normal. - As a bonus action, you create an instantaneous sound that originates from a point of your choice within 30 feet, such as a rumble of thunder, the cry of a raven, or ominous whispers. - As an action you can cast the spell *major image*. Once used, this property cannot be used again until the next dawn. ### Spoon of Soup *Wondrous item (spoon), Uncommon* A copper spoon with the end of the handle shaped into a flame. These spoons were made for wealth travelers to allow them to heat food or create nourishing but flavorless food in an emergency. You gain the following benefits while holding it in your hand: - You have resistance to fire damage. - As an action you can stir the spoon in a cup or bowl of clean water and transform the water into soup. Eating the soup provides enough nourishment to sustain a creature for one day. The soup loses its potency if it has not been consumed within 24 hours. Once used, this property cannot be used again until the next dawn. - As an action you warm up to 1 cubic foot of nonliving material you touch with the spoon.
