## Primordial Titan Long ago, the material plane was ruled by chaos, the four elements clashing with each other and with the divine. The titans, beings of immense size and power, were born of this chaos. More mundane than the kraken or empyrean, the primordial titans rose from the ashes of war and were thus born for battle. They were excellent smiths and engineers, creating incredible weapons, armor, and architecture. Knowledge of the primordial titans is scarce; the common man is not even aware that they ever existed. It is not known what become of the primordial titans, although the few scholars aware of them have discussed several theories, such as war with dragons, giants, or perhaps even one of the lesser races. Some even suggest that they earned the wrath of the gods, who punished them by unleashing a terrible beast to wipe them out. The only consensus is that there is too little evidence remaining to truly ascertain what happened. To say that few of these ancient beings remain is optimistic, although some travelers will make wild claims to have seen one of these immortal colossi in their travels. Sailors tell of spotting an immense humanoid figure standing vigil in a stormy sea, and some adventurers will even make claims as outlandish as finding one such being; sleeping among the roots of a mountain.

If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone.
