In the days leading up to the ceremony, all prepared with anticipation and reverance for the grand event. Artisans crafted magnificent creations to showcase their work. Chefs and bakers cooked endlessly to feed the immense crowd expected. Guards and Knights armed and trained for the days leading up to what would be the grandest ceremony of the century. All who were invited searched and worked day and night to provide the best gift they could afford, in hopes to be graced with an aknowledgement from the Bride and Groom. Many grand gifts were brought to this occasion, but only two remain to tell the tale of love and grace that was felt by all that day.

#### Smitten Shortsword
*Weapon (shortsword), Very Rare (requires attunement)*
:
The Smitten Shortsword is a weapon bound to the Precious Pendant necklace, both created from the same enchanted ore as an honored gift for marriage. When both the Smitten Shortsword and Precious Pendants are attuned and wielded by lovers who are within 1000 feet of eachother, the *Bound* property is active.

The Smitten Shortsword acts as a +2 magical weapon. Additionally, whenever an attack is made with this weapon at advantage, this weapon *Critical Hits* on a 19 or 20.

***Bound -*** While the *Bound* property is active, you are aware of the current HP status of the attuned wielder of the Precious Pendant
:
***Lovers Fury (Requires the Bound property) -*** 

Whenever the attuned wielder of the Precious Pendant is the target of an attack, spell or ability, as a reaction you can perform one of the following actions, as long as you are within range:

* *Within 10 feet* - You can take one melee attack action
* *Within 50 feet* - You can move up to your movement speed towards the *bound* partner
* *Within 100 feet* - You can take one ranged attack action

#### Precious Pendant
*Pendant (necklace), Very Rare (requires attunement)*

The Precious Pendant is a necklace bound to the Smitten Shortsword, both created from the same enchanted ore as an honored gift for marriage. When both the Precious Pendant and Smitten Shortsword are attuned and wielded by lovers who are within 1000 feet of eachother, the *Bound* property is active.

The Precious Pendant acts as a +2 spell focus. Additionally, whenever the target of one of your spells or abilities makes their saving throw at advantage, you can choose to impose disadvantage on that saving throw. You can use this ability twice per short rest.

***Bound -*** While the *Bound* property is active, you are aware of the current HP status of the attuned wielder of the Smitten Shortsword

***Lovers Embrace (Requires the Bound property) -*** 

Once per long rest, when you sense the HP total of the attuned wielder of the Smitten Shortsword drop to 0, as a reaction you can choose to sacrifice half of your current HP total, taking damage equal to that value, which the *bound* partner receives in magical healing.
