You can use an action to speak the items command word, known only by you. When the Pocket Cabin is then placed on a flat, 10 foot by 10 foot open space, the trinket begins to grow to fit that space, taking 1 minute to reach full size. The Pocket Cabin remains until the command word is spoken once again, where it will then shrink back down to trinket size, again taking 1 minute. Each creature in the area where the Cabin appears is pushed to an unoccupied space adjacent to the cabin. : The door to the Pocket Cabin can only be opened by you, or other humanoids specified by you, but once the door is open, anyone can enter. The Cabin door is immune to the *knock* spell and similar magic, such as that of a *chime of opening*. Entrance to The Pocket cabin is only possible through the door, spells like *Dimension Door* cannot penetrate the exterior of The Cabin. While enlarged The Cabins exterior and interior has a total of 70hp, and is resistant to all none-magical damage. While shrunk in its trinket size, The Cabins exterior has a total of 5hp, while the interior maintains it's hp total of 70. The Cabin regains all of its hit points after 48 hours have passed without taking any additional damage. Once the Cabin is destroyed, whether enlarged or shrunk, all objects inside are harmlessly ejected into an empty, adjacent space, and the Cabin is permanently destroyed, repairable with nothing short of a *Wish* spell. : Once inside, the Pocket Cabin leads to an extradimensional space that is 40 feet in width by 40 feet in length and 15 feet high. There are four 10 foot by 10 foot rooms on the back wall, and the remaining space is a large, open area. Each room is furnished with a bed and a trunk, as well as having a door for privacy. The main room has a simple cooking area, simple dining area, simple seating area, medium sized fireplace with equipment for cooking, two trunks for storage, and a small loft area with ladder access. : Anything left within the Cabin remains, and is stored in the extradimensional space created by the Cabin. Any creature or being left within the Cabin is trapped until it is once again opened by its command word. The Cabin has an artificial atmosphere that is safe to support life, so long as whoever is inside has access to food and water. : If the Pocket Cabin is un-attuned by the wielder, or is the target of a *Dispel Magic* spell of 5th level or higher, all items left inside are harmlessly ejected into unoccupied spaces surrounding The Pocket Cabin, and The Cabin returns to its trinket size. {{footnote Created with The Homebrewery}}
