## Warlock Otherworldly Patron: The Trickster Your patron is a mischievous entity whose sole purpose of existence is to meddle with conventional law and order. The trickster can be a chaotic-aligned supernatural entity, up to and including but not limited to: Fiends with less malevolence toward mortals; feys and other natural entity with no connection to the higher connections; and even several minor deities associated with trickery. The example of trickers are [Sheogorath](http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Sheogorath), the Daedric Prince of Madness, from the pocket dimension of Shivering Isles; Prometheus, the Thief of Fire from Greek mythology; Loki, from Norse mythology; Coyote, from native American folklores. #### Spell Heist Starting at 1st level when you choose this patron, choose one of the following class: cleric, druid, or sorcerer. You choose one 1st-level spell from that class's spell list. When you reach 3rd level, and again at 5th, 7th, and 9th level, you add one additional spell from the chosen class's spell list. These spells are considered a warlock spell for you. When you finish a long rest, you can choose to replace the list of warlock spells you know with the spells from this feature. You regain your normal list of spells the next time you finish a long rest. #### Trickster's Misdirection Also at 1st level, you can use a bonus action to create an illusion of yourself that slightly overlaps with yourself, distracting the spectators. When an attacker targets you with an attack or a spell while you have your illusion, you can use your reaction to force the attacker make a Wisdom saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature must choose a different target, or the attack or spell automatically fails as it "hits" your illusion instead. The illusion lasts for 1 minute or until your concentration is broken (as if concentrating on a spell). Constructs and undead are unaffected by the illusion, as well as other creature that does not rely on sight. You can use this feature twice before you finish a long rest. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. #### Skill Heist Starting at 6th level, whenever you take a short rest or a long rest, choose one of the following skills: Arcana, Deception, History, Persuasion, Religion, or Sleight of Hand. You gain proficiency in the chosen skill until you expend all spell slootsf from your Pact Magic feature or when you finish a short rest or long rest. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest. #### Deceiver's Knack When you reach 10th level, you are remarkably strong against game of minds, as well as any adverse effects that directly damages your mind. You gain resistance in psychic damage, and you have advantage on Wisdom saving throws against the effect of enchanment spells. Additionally, when you touch a Tiny nonmagical object, you can use a bonus action to cast *minor illuion* on it. #### Trickster's Proxy At 14th level, you can use an action and expend two uses of your Trickter's Misdirection feature to create a illusory double at an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of you. As long as you have your double, you become invisible. At each of your turn while you have the double within 60 feet of you, you can use a bonus action to move the double up to 30 feet, but no more than 60 feet of you. When you cast a spell while the double is within 30 feet of you, you can emulate the spell's effect to deceive others that the double had cast the spell instead of you. Your double seems completely real, including sounds, smells, and temperature appropriate to yourself. When your double is hit with an attack or targeted by a spell, the attack or spell has no effect on the double, but you must make a DC 10 Constitution check to maintain concentration on the double (as if concentrating on a spell). The double lasts for 1 minute or until the you end your turn with more than 60 feet away from your double, or until your concentration is broken. ## Credits All contents are created by Created by [Weirdo Whoever](http://weirdoworkshop.blogspot.com) unless noted otherwise.
