> ***Keen Smell.*** The kantral has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

> ***Pounce. *** If the kantral moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone, if the target is prone the kantral can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

>***Arcane Sense.*** If a spell is cast within 60 feet of the kantral it knows the exact location of the caster.

> ***Multiattack. *** the kantral makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail, alternatively if the kantral is flying it can swap one of its attacks with its claw attack.

> ***Bite.*** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. *Hit:* 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.

> ***Claw.*** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +6 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. *Hit:* 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage.

>***Tail.*** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +6 to hit, reach 15ft., one target. *Hit:* 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage. Additionally if the kantral critically hits on this attack the target is stunned until the start of the kantral's next turn.
### The Kantral
Otherwise known as the Jaguar drake, they were made by curious wizards who found those who created owlbears and thought to recreate the experiments and create the Kantral. The creatures were then released into the feywild, the wizards that created them didn’t realise how quickly they would reproduce and there is now a sizable population in certain areas throughout the feywild.
***Friends of Displacement***
The Kantral are common allies with displacer beasts and the two species will live in the same communities. The two species have a great kinship with each other but they have great animosity towards other fey creatures. Satyr travelers and faerie creatures alike all know to avoid the territory of the Kantral and the displacer beast.
***Arcane Animosity*** The Kantral have great anger directed at arcane practitoners, Wizards in particular. They will often charge into battle if anyone casts a spell near the Kantral, and most will follow it. They have a great anger towards the wizards because they fear that they will try to "fix" the problem they caused.
***Life of Ease*** The Kantral have a relatively easy life. They sit and lightly spar with each other throughout most of the day. They feed off of a strange mix that they can create by combining their spittle with a sap from the feywild trees. Their main combat activity is defending their territory which they battle over fiercly.
