## Warlock Otherworldly Patron: The Spellfire Your patron is the raw energy of the Weave known as the Spellfire, woven by the Lady of Mysteries herself. By bonding yourself to the Lady of Mysteries, you are bestowed power to wield the refined Spellfire, which comes in two colors: The silver light of radiance that aids your allies, and the searing blue-awhite wrath upon your enemies. #### Spellfire Expanded Spells The Spellfire lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you. | Spell Level | Spell | |:-:|:-| | 1st | *color spray* | | 2nd | *moonbeam* | | 3rd | *daylight* | | 4th | *aura of life* | | 5th | *flame strike* | #### Spellfire Blast Starting at 1st level when you choose the Spellfire patron, you learn how to weave the magical energy into the Spellfire. You learn the *eldritch blast* cantrip, if you have not learned it already. Additionally, when cast *eldritch blast,* you can choose to deal radiant damage with your blast, instead of force damage. If you do so, your *eldritch blast* deals an additional 1d10 damage against shapeshifters and undeads. #### Eldritch Purge Also starting at 1st level, you can conjure a blast of silver Spellfire with your magical reserve, which purges away pain and wounds from yourself or your allies. As an action, you can expend one warlock spell slot to choose yourself or a friendly creature you can see within 10 feet of you. The chosen creature regains 1d6 hit points per your warlock spell slot level. You can use this feature twice before a long rest. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. #### Crown of Spellfire Starting at 6th level,you can use a bonus action to manipulate a stream of Spellfire to conjure a crown around your head. While the crown is around your head, you gain the following benefits: - The crown sheds bright light shines in a 10-foot radius, and dim light shines 10 feet beyond that. - You add your Charisma modifier to any radiant damage you deal with your warlock spells (a minimum of 1). - Whenever you use your Eldritch Purge to restore hit points to a creature other than yourself, the creature regains additional hit points equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of 1). The crown lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it with a bonus action. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again. #### Inner Spellfire When you reach 10th level, the Spellfire burns within your body and soul, granting you supernatural warmth and resolve. You gain resistance to radiant damage, and you have advantage on Constitution saving throws made to resis the effect of extreme cold. #### Undying Spellfire By 14th level, the Spellfire burning within your soul intensifies, even holding yourself from imminent death. When you drop to 0 hit point, you can use a reaction to drop to 1 hit point instead, and use your Eldritch Purge feature on yourself as a part of the same reaction. You use your Eldritch Purge use and warlock spell slot as normal. ## Eldritch Invocations At 2nd level, a warlock gains the Eldritch Invocations feature. Here are some homebrew options for that feature. If an invocation has a prerequisite, you must meet it to learn the invocation. You can learn the invocation at the same time that you meet Its prerequisite. A level prerequisite refers to your level in this class. #### Awakening Purge *Prerequisite: 7th level, Spellfire patron* When you use your Eldritch Purge feature on a creature other than yourself, you can end one effect on yourself that is causing the target to be charmed or frightened. #### Cleansing Purge *Prerequisite: Spellfire patron* When you use your Eldritch Purge feature on a creature other than yourself, you can cure the target of one disease or neutralize one poison affecting it. #### Maelstrom of Fire *Prerequisite: Spellfire patron* When you use your Eldritch Purge feature on yourself, you can create a vortex of blue-white Spellfire rages in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on yourself. Each creature within the sphere must make a Dexterity saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. A creature takes 1d6 radiant damage per spell slot level on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again. #### Smiting Spellfire *Prerequisite: Spellfire patron, Pact of the Blade feature* When you hit a creature with your pact weapon, you can expend one warlock spell slot as a bonus action to conjure a blast of Spellfire that sears through the creature. Your attack deals extra 1d8 radiant damage per spell slot level. \page #### Spellfire Burst *Prerequisite: Spellfire patron,* eldritch blast *cantrip* When you hit a creature with your *eldritch blast,* you can expend one warlock spell slot as a bonus action to create a burst of Spellfire in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on the creature you hit with *eldritch blast.* Each creature within the sphere must make a Dexterity saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. A creature takes 1d6 radiant damage per spell slot level on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again. #### Tribute to the Lady of Mysteries *Prerequisite: 9th level, Spellfire patron, Pact of the Tome feature* You can cast *hallow* once using your warlock spell slot.
