Alll-Mer can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: * At will: Earth tremor (9d6), Water walk, create food and water, misty step, shield of faith. * 3/Day each: Erupting earth, Fizban's Platinum Shield * 1/day each: Holy Aura, Circle of Power, Planeshift (sulfur pits) ### Actions ***Multiattack.*** Alll-Mer makes one attack each with Blue Sin and Red Virtue, and Stomps in any order : ***Blue Sin.*** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +15 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. *Hit* 13 (1d8 + 8) slashing damage plus 18 (4d8) fire damage : ***Red Virtue.*** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +15 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. *Hit* 26 (4d8 + 8) force damage : ***Stomp.*** Alll-Mer stomps one of his feet at a point on the ground within 20 ft. of him. Any creature in a 20 ft. radius, 20-foot-high cylinder centered on this point must succeed on a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or take 33 (6d10) bludgeoning damage and fall prone. Until Alll-Mer uses his Stomp again or moves, the creature is restrained and has total cover. While restrained in this way, the creature (or another creature within 5 feet of it) can use its action to make a DC 23 Strength check. On a success, the creature relocates to an unoccupied space of its choice within 5 feet of Alll-Mer and is no longer restrained. Structures, as well as nonmagical objects that are neither being worn nor carried, take the same amount of damage if they are in the cylinder (no save). ### Reactions ***Punt.*** Immediately after Alll-Mer takes damage from a Large or smaller creature he can see within 20 ft. of himself, he attempts to kick the creature away. The target must succeed on a DC 23 Strength saving throw, or the target takes 18 (3d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage, is pushed horizontally up to 100 feet away from Alll-Mer, and is knocked prone. ### Legendary Actions (3 actions) ***Earthsplitter (Recharge: 5-6).*** Alll-Mer stomps the ground opening a fissure in the earth. The fissure is 1d10 x 10 feet deep, 10 feet wide, and extends from Alll-Mer's space up to 120 ft. away. A creature standing on a spot where a fissure opens must succeed on a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or fall in. A creature that successfully saves moves with the fissure's edge as it opens. A fissure that opens beneath a structure causes it to automatically collapse : A creature within half the distance of a collapsing structure's height must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 5d6 bludgeoning damage, is knocked prone, and is buried in the rubble, requiring a DC 20 Strength (Athletics) check as an action to escape. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and doesn't fall prone or become buried. : ***Cast Spell (2 actions)*** Alll-Mer casts a spell. : ***Earth-Shaking Movement (2 actions).*** Alll-Mer moves up to his speed and then sends a shock wave through the ground in a 60 ft. radius circle centered on himself. You may only dedicate yourself to two gods. If you wish to dedicate yourself to a third god, you must denounce one you have dedicated yourself to. Upon denouncing your god, you lose all your piety with them, and all features it granted you. : Gaining Piety * Praying to Alll-Mer in a ritual circle, or a site holy to him (Once per circle or site) * Dedicating yourself to an Old God. * Converting a creature to the worship of Alll-Mer * Bringing the word of Alll-Mer to people who have never had a chance to hear it * Charity which helps in the long term (ex: Teaching a man to fish) * Sparing those who have attacked you (Once per week) * Being humble in word, appearance, and deed. * Confessing your sins to a priest of Alll-Mer and earnestly begging forgiveness (Once per week) * Atoning for your sins (+3) * Engraving the symbol of The Alll-mer upon your face (Once, +3) Losing Piety * Hoarding your wealth * Being vain, or arrogant * Putting Yourself before others * Engaging in cannibalism * Convincing someone not to worship the Old Gods, or reducing their influence. * Dedicating yourself to, worshipping, or working with the New Gods. \column {{font-size:99% #### Alll-Mer's devotee *Requirements: level 1, Piety +3* : As an action you may touch a single ration (Or other piece of food) and create two exact duplicates of it. Alternatively you may touch a vial of water and turn it into wine. When a creature eats the food you have created they gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus. When a creature drinks the wine you have created they have advantage on saving throws against being frightened for 10 minutes. You can take this action a number of times equal to you casting stat modifier. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. Choose one spellcasting modifier: Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma. This is your spellcasting modifier for this spell, and any future spells granted by gaining more piety with Alll-Mer #### Alll-Mer's votary *Requirements: level 5, Piety +10* : You can cast *Misty Step* with this trait, requiring no material components. Once you cast the spell in this way, you can not do so again until you finish a short rest. #### Alll-Mer's disciple *Requirements: level 11, Piety +25* : You can cast *Water Walk* with this trait, requiring no material components. You can cast this spell in this way once, and can not do so again until you finish a long rest. You may also cast it as a ritual. : Additionally your AC increses by 1. #### Champion of Mankind *Requirements: level 15, Piety +50* : Alll-mer provides for you, as he does all mankind. You are granted the following boons. : ***Resurrection.*** When you are killed, you may choose to return to life at any point after 3 days, as if the *Resurrection* spell were cast on you. Alternatively you may return to life earlier than 3 days, as if the *True Resurrection* spell were cast on you. Once this alternate option is used, you can never use this trait again. : ***Empty Scroll.*** Alll-Mer grants you aid of your choice. Once used, this trait can never be used again. * A magic item of your choice (subject to DM approval) of *Very Rare* rarity or lower. * Expertise with 5 skills or tools of your choosing. * A spell of 6th level or lower. you can cast the chosen spell with this trait, requiring no material components.
