You create a twisting pattern of colors that weaves through the air inside a 30-foot cube within range **for the duration**{color:purple}. Each creature **that enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there**{color:purple} must make a Wisdom saving throw if it can see the pattern.

On a failed save, the creature becomes charmed **until the start of its next turn**{color:purple}. While charmed by this spell, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.

**This effect ends early**{color:purple} for an affected creature if it takes any damage or if someone else uses an action to shake the creature out of its stupor. **If ended in either of these ways, the creature cannot be charmed by this spell again until the end of its next turn**{color:purple}.
