## 11th Constellation - The Observer

The 11th Stellar Watcher emerged a few centuries after the 10th, represented by the Observer constellation's staff. This is the only other Stellar Armament that didn't appear through The Phantasmagorical Planetaria. Originally a contraption designed by Professor Vigil Alzaahir, a sage residing in the newly established Tower of Arcanum, the staff was intended to observe the Astral Sea and beyond. This massive telescope was constructed using an original enchantment derived from translating Lahanagian runic formulas into modern arcane formulas. During his research, Professor Vigil noticed suspicious activities on the outer rim of the Astral Sea. Taking him as a medium, Lirianyx blessed him and his contraption, revealing the first signs of another incursion from beyond the border - marking the beginning of the 2nd Chaos Insurgency. It was Professor Vigil who sought out two other extraordinary individuals who later became the 12th and 13th Stellar Watchers.

Upon attuning to this staff, you may use it as a spellcasting focus and you gain advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

The staff has 10 charges, regaining 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. As an action, you can expend charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: Guiding Bolt (1 charge per spell level), Faerie Fire (1 charge), Light (1 charge), Clairvoyance (2 charges), Hypnotic Pattern (3 charges), Scrying (4 charges), Wall of Light (5 charges).

### Prismatic Doll. 
By expending 4 charges, you can use an action to create a mirror construct that appears as an exact copy of yourself within 60 feet of you. This construct has hit points equal to 5 times your proficiency bonus and uses your Armor Class and saving throw modifiers. It is immune to radiant damage, and if it would take radiant damage, all creatures within 10 feet of it must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC or take the intended radiant damage.

The construct can’t take any action by itself but it copy your body language and speech. As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the construct up to 30 feet. When you cast a spell or make a spell attack, you can choose to have it originate from your mirror image. All creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against you and your mirror image if both are in their line of sight. A creature can use an action to make an Investigation check against your spell save DC to see through the illusion; on a success, the creature no longer has disadvantage on attack rolls against you and the mirror image for the next 24 hours. The construct lasts for 1 minute, until it’s destroyed, or until you use this feature again.

### Omniscient Lens. 
As an action, you can expend 2 charges to activate the orb's magnifying lens. For the next hour, you can see clearly for up to one mile as if it were under bright light, and you can make out details as if they were no more than 10 feet away.

While this feature is active, you can use an action and expend an additional charge to create a stationary, floating prismatic lens within 30 feet of you that lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it (no action required). It has 10 AC and 1 hit point. While a lense is within 30 feet of you, As a bonus action, you can see through that lens as if it were your own eyes, which blinds you to your own senses until you stop using the lens (no action required).



### 13 Stellar Armament.
As long as someone is attuned to the Phantasmagorical Planetaria, they or any creature of their choice that touches this item become attuned to it without taking up their attunement slot. This item's charges are increased by the number of Stellar Armaments that are worn or carried. Lastly, When 3 or more Stellar Armaments are being worn or carried, you can have up to 2 Prismatic Dolls at a time and as a bonus action, you can move both of them up to 30 feet simultaneously as the same bonus action.
