Until the spell ends, you can use a bonus action on each of your turns to touch a creature. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by this spell for the duration, as its mind is flooded with delusions. Once you target a creature, you can't target it again with this casting of the spell. An affected target can't take reactions. At the start of each of its turns, it uses half its movement to move in a random direction.
