> ### Actions
> ***Multiattack.*** Lakenda makes six bite attacks, no more than three of which may be against the same target. In place of three bite attacks, she may instead make a Napalm Spit attack.

> ***Napalm Spit.*** *Ranged Weapon Attack:* +13 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. *Hit:* 18 (2d10 + 7) fire damage. The target, and any creature within 5 ft., must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or suffer 10 (4d4) additional fire damage and become covered with Lakenda's green saliva. Creatures covered in this manner take 10 (4d4) fire damage at the start of each of its turns, and may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

> ***Lakenda's Maw.*** A non-undead creature within 5 feet of Lakenda must succeed on a DC 18 Charisma saving throw or have its soul banished to a lower plane for 1 minute. The creature may repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. While banished in this way, the creature is considered unconscious. If the creature's hit points are reduced to 0 while banished in this way, the creature dies and the banishment becomes permenant. The soul can only return to the creature's body with the use of a *Wish* spell.
> ### Legendary Actions
> Lakenda can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Lakenda regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.

As a dweller of the underworld and favorite pet of God of Death, Lakenda's prime duty is to watch over restless sinner souls. But when, by some miracle or intrusion, a soul is able to escape back to the living world, she is tasked with a mission to find and return the wretched one back to where it belongs.

She vaguely resembles a spider mixed with a scylla, warped by the twisted fel-magic of the lower planes. Furthermore, where a spider's mandibles would be found there is instead a gaping maw capable of devouring souls back into the lower realms.

> Lakenda's insidious, foreboding emptiness of a maw is actually a powerful interplanar portal capable of dispatching foes' souls to the inhospitable lower planes.
