You pluck the very thread of time in your favor. As a reaction, you can choose one of the following:

* You add a d4 to the total of any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by an ally within range

* You remove a d4 from the total of any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by an enemy within range

**At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level, the dice rolled is instead a d6 and additionally increases to a d8 at 6th level, a d10 at 7th level, and a d12 at 8th level.
