You sacrifice a portion of your vigor to bolster the health of an ally. Target an ally within range. Roll 4d8 and the target ally gains health equal to the total, while you lose health equal to half that amount rounded down.

If you are below 10 HP you can cast this spell as a cantrip, falling unconscious immediately and failing 2 *Saving Throws*. Before falling unconscious, Target ally gains HP equal to twice your remaining HP. Target ally must be a willing target of this spell when cast as a cantrip.
