Light Domain

You are the light of the world. You bring the light of the gods to the world and you exemplify that light in your deeds and actions.

You light the way for those lost in the darkness. You bring light to the dark places to thwart evil and help those in need. *

Light of the world

At first level you gain the light cantrip.

Aura of Light: At 1st level, you emanate a light that you can see in. It radiates 5', +5' more feet at levels 4, 8, 12, 16, 20. This light lets you see in normal darkness as if you were in normal light. In magical or supernatural darkness as if it is dim light. You can make this light visible as an action. This light radiates from your body. You an do this once per long rest. Those in your visible aura gain the benefits of your vision in that light.

Once per long rest you can bestow dark vision on a creature you can see within 30', this lasts them for 4 hours.

Channel Divinity: Purifying light

At 2nd level, as an action, you can expend a use of your Channel Divinity to have your aura of light do radiant damage to evil and undead around you. This light does 1d6 points of radiant damage when they end their turn in your aura. This increases by 1d6 every 5 levels. This aura lasts 1 minute. Your channel energy always creates a wave of light in the area when they are expended.

Light in the Darkness

At 6th level, you can use your light to penetrate illusions. Any illusion you look at using an action will be seen for what it is.

Light Against the Darkness:

At 8th level, your aura of light now requires a wisdom save for shadow creatures, undead, and creatures from the underworld to enter your light aura.

Further, you damage from spells that do radiant damage have their damage per die increased by one point.


Purifying Radiance

At 17th level, your aura is now as the sun on a sunny day. Giving light and its effects and doing damage accordingly. Any undead or shadow creatures of 3 Hit Die or less that are in your aura at any time are destroyed. Also, any items made of shadow are destroyed.

All enemies in your visible light also have disadvantage on attacks and dexterity saving throws.
