Bitterberry. The grung causes a fruiting bush to spring up from a point within 30 ft., bearing poisonous berries. A creature that eats one or more berries in a turn must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be Poisoned for 24 hours.

Bonebreaker Macana. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. This attack scores a critical on an 17-20 if it targets a Poisoned creature. On a critical hit, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or suffer an effect of the grung's choice until it completes a Long Rest.

  • Fractured Wrist. The creature has disadvantage on attack rolls that use Strength or Dexterity.
  • Fractured Ankle. The target's movement speed is halved.
  • Fractured Ribs. The target loses 5 (2d4) hit points if it makes more than one attack in a turn.

Aposematic Terror. One creature within 30 ft. that can see the grung and is not immune to the Poisoned condition must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is Frightened and must use all of its movement on its following turn to move away from the grung.

Become Grung (Recharge 5-6). One Poisoned creature within 30 ft. must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or perceive itself transforming into a grung. As long as the creature remains Poisoned, it is Charmed by all grungs and hostile to all non-grungs.
