Ability Score Increase. You increase your Constitution score by 2, and one of your other ability scores of your choice by 1.

Age. Humans reach adulthood in their late teens and live less than a century on average.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Enduring Life. You have advantage on ability checks and saving throws you make against Exhaustion effects. You also must roll 4 failed death saving throws to die, instead of 3.

Fast Healer. When you expend a hit dice to heal yourself, you can choose to gain the maximum amount of hit points instead of rolling. You must complete a long rest before being able to use this again. You gain an additional use of this between long rests at 6th, 11th, 16th, and 20th levels.

Human Tenacity. Whenever you make an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you can use this trait to gain advantage on the roll. You must complete a short or long rest before being able to use this trait again.

Quick Learner. You gain one skill and one tool proficiency of your choice. It also takes half as long for you to learn any new skill, tool, language, or other proficiency.

Stubborn Survivor. After being reduced to half hit points or less, you add +2 to all saving throws you make for 1 minute. You must complete a short or long rest to be able to benefit from this trait again.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one extra language of your choice. Humans typically learn the languages of other peoples they deal with, including obscure dialects. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.
