Hypnotic Scanlines. Creatures who look directly at Cabinet Man for 3 rounds must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become Blinded. Creatures Blinded this way can repeat the save at the start of their turns.

I Won't Hurt You Unless You Cheat If a creature gains advantage or uses any ability that alters their roll on a Video Games contest roll against Cabinet Man, it can use a reaction to immediately make a Wakka-Wakka attack against that creature.

Maybe They Were Predisposed to Madness, Who Knows? Creatures who succeed on 3 Video Games contests with Cabinet Man must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become affected by a random result on the short term madness table.

You Can't Win Me. As an action a creature within 5 ft of Cabinet Man who is direclty in front of it can make a Video Games(gaming set) contest with Cabinet Man. If Cabinet Man fails it takes 35 psychic damage. Cabinet Man does not resist this damage.

Actions

Cabinet Man makes three attacks of any combination of Tentacle, Circuit Break, and Get Over Here

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. Hit 20 (3d8+7) bludgeoning damage

Circuit Break. Creatures within 5 ft of Cabinet Man must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw or take 23(3d10+7)lightning damage. Creatures who pass take half damage.

Get Over Here. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. On a hit the target creature is restrained and is pulled to an unoccupied space within 5 ft of Cabinet Man. Creatures restrained this way can use their action to make a Video Games(gaming set) contest with Cabinet Man to escape. Creatures restrained this way can also use their action to make a DC 21 Acrobatics or Athletics skill check to attempt to escape.

Get in the Game. Cabinet Man attempts to send one creature within 60 ft of it into the reality of another game in the arcade. The creature must succeed on a DC 21 Charisma saving throw or be transported into a brawler arcade game. While inside, the DM's choice of two CR 1 and one CR 2 humanoids approach and attack them. Cabinet Man concentrates on this effect like a spell. This banishment lasts for one minute, or until Cabinet Man loses concentration, or the humanoids are defeated by the trapped creature. Only one creature at a time can be trapped this way. If Cabinet Man successfully uses this ability on a creature when it has another creature trapped, the first creature reappears in an unoccupied space within 5 ft of the arcade cabinet they were trapped within. While trapped, creatures can make Video Games(gaming set) checks in place of any other rolls if they wish, and any creature within 5 ft of the arcade cabinet they are in can use their action to give them the Help action, or make a Video Games(gaming set) check to attack any hostile creature within the game.

Wakka-Wakka. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 45 (7d10+7) piercing damage. After making a successful Wakka-Wakka attack, Cabinet Man regains 15 hit points and can make one Get Over Here attacks as a bonus action.
