Nimble Escape. The niblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, the niblin can attach itself to it. The niblin can't bite another target as long as it is attached. When the creature moves, the niblin moves with it. A creature can use its action to remove the niblin. At the start of each of the niblin's turns, if it is attached to a creature, the creature takes 3 (1d4 +1) piercing damage. The niblin can choose to unattach itself at any time, requiring no action to do so.

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.





Much smaller than an ordinary goblin, niblins are born with large mouths and bad tempers. Treated even by goblins as goblins are by larger humanoids, niblins tend to gravitate towards each other as a "safety in numbers" defense.

Mildly irritating. A life of being subjugated typically leads the niblins to form small sects in adulthood, in their eyes, a warband, but to most, merely a minor inconvenience.

Nibbling Niblins. In battle, the niblins use their large mouths and more pointed teeth to bite their opponents, and once biting, a niblin must be removed forcibly, since their biting strength is not disimilar from that of a small dog.
