Way of The Silver Fist

The monks versed in the Ways of The Silver Fist believe fully in the importance of defense and solid form, training rigourously to withstand blow after blow while carrying intense weights in order to improve their endurance and hone themselves into unflinching protectors.

Frequently bodyguards of pilgrims or the weak, they do not shy from material protection, guarding themselves with sterling gauntlets and greaves to interpose and counter their assaulters. Many take up the art of smithing as they come to see enlightenment in the steel, only satisfied in using gear with designs and materials upon which they've meditated and perfected.

Silver Fist Style

3rd-level Way of the Silver Fist feature

Your dedication to the school of Silver Fist martial arts grants you the following benefits:

Iron Hand Form. While you are unarmored and wearing metal gauntlets and/or greaves, you gain a +2 bonus to AC.

Counter Defense. When you take the Dodge action, you enter a stance that allows you to quickly block and punish attacks until the start of your next turn. If a creature misses you with a melee attack during this time, you may use your reaction to make an unarmed strike against them.

Steel Meditation. You gain proficiency in smithing tools.

Quicksilver Technique

6th-level Way of the Silver Fist feature

You focus your ki towards the safety of your allies, gaining the following benefits:

Intercept. As a reaction when an ally you can see within 30 feet is the target of an attack, you may spend 2 ki points to move into an unoccupied space next to them and become the target of the attack in their place.

Hammer Rings The Anvil. You may steady yourself and attune your senses to the vibrations of your surroundings for one minute as an action by spending 1 ki. While in this state, you do not suffer the effects of the blinded condition, creatures cannot benefit from being invisible against you, and you gain advantage on Perception checks made to detect hidden creatures within 30 feet of you.

Mithril Fist Assault

11th-level Way of the Silver Fist feature

Your mastery of Silver Fist arts lets you effortlessly punish attackers. You may now use your reaction to make two unarmed strikes against a creature that misses you when you take the Dodge action.

Adamant Dragon Claws

17th-level Way of the Silver Fist feature

You have reached the apex of Silver Fist techniques. In combat, you get a special reaction that you can take once on every creature's turn, except your turn. You can use this special reaction only to use your Intercept feature or to make attacks using your Counter Defense feature, and you can't use it on the same turn that you take your normal reaction.
