Magic Resistance. Luna has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Luna's weapon attacks are magical.

Font of Magic. Luna has 18 sorcery points. She can create spell slots or convert spell slots into sorcery points.

Metamagic. Luna has Heightened Spell, Quickened Spell, Subtle Spell, and Transdimensional Spell.

Transdimensional Spell. When Luna casts a spell, she can spend 2 sorcery points to make it affect extradimensional spaces (such as those created by a rope trick or bag of holding) or adjacent planes (the Material to the Ethereal, Shadowfell, and Feywild, for example.)

Spellcasting. Luna is an 18th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). She knows the following sorcerer spells:

Cantrips (at will): eldritch blast, dancing lights, apprentice's telekinesis, prestidigitation, mending, message

2nd-level (3 slots): mirror image, phantasmal force

Actions

Multiattack. Luna makes three attacks: one with her bladed horn, one with her nova blade, and one with her eclipse blade.

Bladed Horn. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 16 (2d8 + 7) piercing or slashing damage plus 22 (4d10) force damage. The target is also affected as if by a dispel magic. Intelligence is Luna's ability for this effect (+6 modifier).

Nova Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15ft., one target. Hit 20 (2d12 + 7) piercing damage plus 6 (1d12) radiant damage. Luna can also add the following effect if she wishes: The target must succeed on a DC 20 Charisma saving throw or be plane shifted to the Astral Plane. Luna can choose to go with the target.

Eclipse Blade. Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 600 ft., one target. Hit 20 (2d12 + 7) slashing damage plus 13 (3d8) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. On a crit is it permanently blinded. Creatures that can see through magical darkness are immune to this effect. Additionally, where Luna was where she used this attack, and her target function as an arcane gate for Luna (and anyone she brings through personally). This arcane gate stays open until the start of her next turn.

Armored Hoof. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit 12 (2d4 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Legendary Actions

Luna can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Luna regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Detect. Luna makes a Wisdom (Perception) check or an Intelligence (Investigation) check.

Smite. Luna makes a hoof attack or casts sleep.

Move. Luna moves up to her half speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
