Heaven’s Soldier. Whenever Gabriel deals radiant damage his recharge cooldowns reduce by 1 (maximum of 3 times per turn). Attacks of oppertunity made against him are made with disadvantage.

Divine Warrior. As a bonus action Gabriel can sacrifice half of his movement speed to instantly teleport anywhere that he can see within 30ft (1/Turn).

Violent Bulwark Upon falling below half of his total hit points, Gabriel regains his reaction if he had already used it, and uses his reaction to summon 3 swords wreathed in light around him. If Gabriel is damaged by an attack while any of these swords are active, one of them will fly to the source and make a melee weapon attack aginst them, with a +12 to hit and dealing 16 (3d6+4) radiant damage on a hit. Once the sword has made it’s attack, regardless if it hit, it is instantly destroyed.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Gabriel fails a saving throw he can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. Gabriel makes two holy rapier attacks and then attacks with either Diving Slash, Divine Lance or Divine Axes (if available).

Holy Rapier. Melee weapon attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 12 (1d10+6) slashing damage, can move up to 10ft before attacking.

Divine Slash (Recharge 3 turns) Gabriel makes two attacks, one melee weapon attack and one ranged weapon attack.

Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 12 (1d10+6) slashing damage and 6 (1d8) Radiant damage

Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 30ft, one target. Hit: 17 (2d10+5) radiant damage

Divine Axes (Recharge 4 turns). Gabriel summons two axes of golden light and throws them straight ahead, making a ranged weapon attack, with a +9 to hit, reach 40ft line, attacking all targets in line. Hit: 18 (2d12+4) radiant damage, and targets hit have disadvantage on their next saving throw.

Divine Lance (Recharge 6 turns). Gabriel teleports up to 20ft and strikes the ground with a lance made of divine light, forcing all targets in a 20ft radius to succeed a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 20 (2d12+6) radiant damage, and taking half damage on a successful save. Gabriel will then throw his lance at an enemy, making a ranged weapon attack that has a +6 to hit, 30 range, and on a hit deals 10 (2d6+6) piercing damage and 7 (1d12) radiant damage to all targets within a 5ft radius of the impact. :

Reactions

Vitriolic Absolution. Upon missing a ranged weapon attack on his turn, Gabriel can teleport to the projectile, catching it and throwing it back at his initial target, making the same attack.

Legendary Actions

Gabriel has 3 legendary actions, and they recharge at the end of his next turn. He can use a legandary action on his turn, or at the end of another creature’s turn, and can only take one legendary action per turn.

Vicious Mockery. Gabriel can use one legendary action to cast Vicious Mockery as if he were a 5th level spellcaster, with a save DC of 15.
