Shapechanger. Vivian can use her action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into her true form, which is human. Her statistics, other than her AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. Vivian has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Frenzy (3/day). As a Bonus Action, Vivian can enter a frenzied rage for up to 1 minute. During this time, Vivian has +3 on all Strength-based attacks and saving throws, advantage on all Strength checks and saving throws, and can make an additional melee attack as a bonus action on each of her turns until the frenzy ends. When the frenzy ends, Vivian suffers 1 point of exhaustion.

Reckless. At the start of her turn, the Vivian can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls she makes during that turn, but attack rolls against her have advantage until the start of her next turn.

Brutal Critical. Whenever Vivian scores a Critical Hit on an attack, she rolls an additional die when calculating damage.

Pack Tactics. Vivian has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the her allies is within 5 ft. of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.

Actions

Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Vivian makes two attacks: two with her greataxe or spear (humanoid form) or one with her bite and one with her claws (hybrid form).

Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.

Claws (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) slashing damage.

Greataxe (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d12 + 5) slashing damage.

Spear (Humanoid Form Only). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage, or 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Intimidating Presence (3/day). Vivian can frighten a creature she can see within 30 ft. If it can see or hear her, the creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or be frightened until the end of Vivian’s next turn. If the creature succeeds on its saving throw, she can’t use this ability on that creature again for 24 hours.

Legendary Actions

Vivian can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Vivian regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Strike. Vivian may make a bit, claw, greataxe, or spear attack against 1 target, providing she is in the appropriate form.

Change Targets (2 actions). Vivian can move up to her speed toward a hostile creature that she can see without prompting attacks of opportunity.
