Sunlight Sensitivity. Olivia has disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when she, the target of her attack, or whatever she is trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.

Eyes of the Dark. Olivia has Darkvision out to 120ft, within which she can see through darkness and dim light, magical and non-magical, as though it were bright light.

Innate Spellcasting. Olivia's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). Olivia can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

Spellcasting. Olivia is a 20th level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following Sorcerer spells memorized:

Empowered by the Shadows. When Olivia casts one of the following spells, she is not required to sustain Concentration on them: Darkness, Shadow Blade, Enervation. She cannot have more than one of these spells active at once.

Strength of the Grave. When Olivia is reduced to 0 hit points by damage that is neither Radiant damage nor a Critical Hit, she must make a Charisma Saving Throw (DC 5 + the Damage taken). On a success, she instead drops to 1 hit point.

Actions

Spellcasting. Olivia will cast Booming Blade or Green Flame Blade, always preferring to use these spells in liu of regular weapon attacks, except in situations where she is unable to do so. If she casts Booming Blade while within range of more than one hostile creature, she will try to spend a single Sorcery Point to twin-cast it.

Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 10 (1d8 + 5) Piercing Damage. While Shadow Blade is active, the piercing damage is replaced with the Shadow Blade damage

Bonus Actions

Spellcasting. When able, Olivia will try to use her Quickened Spell Metamagic to cast either Booming Blade or Green Flame Blade. She might also use this for other spells at her discretion, but other than Shadow Blade, this is uncommon.

Hound of Ill Omen. Using 3 Sorcery Points, Olivia summons a Dire Wolf at a point of her choosing within 120ft. This wolf is Medium Sized, and a Monstrosity. It has 10 additional Temporary Hit Points. This wolf can more through creatures and objects as though they were rough terrain, but if the wolf ends its turn inside an object, it takes 5 force damage. The wolf will only ever attack a single target, chosen by Olivia at the moment she summons it, it can only use its Action to make an attack against this target, and it may only use its Reaction to make Opportunity Attacks against this target. The wolf vanishes if the target is reduced to 0 hit points, or after 5 minutes.

Shadow Walk. Whenever Olivia is in Dim Light or Darkness, she may teleport to another location she can see within 120ft. if it is covered in Dim Light or Darkness.

Umbral Form. Using 6 Sorcery Points, Olivia takes on a Shadowy Form. This form is resistant to all damage except Force and Radiant. She may move through creatures and objects as though they were difficult terrain, but if she ends her turn inside an object, she takes 5 Force Damage.

Flexible Casting. Olivia may spend a Spell Slot to regain a number of Expended Sorcery Points equal to the level of the spell.
