Blind Justice

1st-level Pact with Ramuh Feature

At 1st-level you can summon bolts of lightning to hone in on your foes. As an action select a target you can see within 60 feet. Make a spell attack roll. On a hit deal 1d8 Lightning damage and a ball of lightning becomes affixed to the target.

The Lightning Ball will remain affixed for the next minute or until you drop concentration.

If within this time the creature is hit by any melee attack, the lightning ball will discharge and deal an additional 1d8 lightning damage to the target and chain to all creatures within 10 feet who must make a Dexterity Saving Throw vs your Spell Save DC. A target takes 1d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. The Lightning Ball disappears immediately upon being discharged. The creature that dealt the melee attack to discharge the lightning is unaffected by the chained damage.

Lightning damage from this ability increases to 2d8 at 10th level. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier regaining all expended uses on a long rest.
