Keen Sight and Smell: The owlbear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.

Beak: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 6 piercing damage.

Claws: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d4 + 6 slashing damage.

Training: When the cublet sees its master make an attack, the cublet makes one beak attack against the same target.

Temper: When bloodied the owlbear is likely to forget it's training. It's master may make DC 12 Animal Handling check as a reaction to maintain control; otherwise it forgets Training and relentlessly attacks the last creature to injure it until one of them is dead. While in Temper it acts before it's master's turn and multi-attacks with both it's Claws and Beak. It suffers a -2 Rage penalty to hit.

Leap On your first turn of a fight if Bearimedes is in the same square you can point at an enemy and and say "Leap". Bearimedes will full move adjacent to the enemy if possible and attack with Claws And Beak.

Juvenile Phase. Owlbear cublets are really playful. Play fighting is very important for young owlbears because it teaches them to protect themselves and helps them get stronger. If things get too rough, mother owlbears will discipline them.

Being a cublet is not all fun and games. They are expected to follow their mother and learn how to find food, hunt and develop skills to become self sufficient. Cublets usually stay with their mothers until they are between one and two years of age. Owlbear siblings that have left their mothers may stay together for another year for protection.

Ranger Beastmaster Options: While you can speak you can command the cublet to move as a free action on your turn. You can use your action to verbally command it to take the Attack, Dash, Disengage, Dodge, or Help action. Once you have the Extra Attack feature, you can make one weapon attack you rself when you command the beast to take the Attack action.

While traveling through your favored terrain with only the beast, you can move stealthily at a normal pace.

Primal Rebirth: If the cub has died within the last hour, you can use your action to touch it and expend a spell slot of 1st level or higher. This ritual takes 1 minute and returns the cub to life with all its hit points restored.
