Rogeneak's Hat +1 INT

A Research Student's Project.

Wonderous Item, Unique, Requires Attunement

An egg is dispensed inside the hat 30 seconds after the wearer speaks the command word: cook. If the command word is said 3 times in a row, the hat spins and the command word changes: run away, hide, bacon, avoid, fear, etc.

The son of a complicated chicken farmer, Rogeneak is a brilliant but high-strung young student of the arcane.
