Bubble Buddy Fish

A fairly popular familiar and companion among the pirates of Leviathan, the bubble buddy fish is a native to the waters in the sea of Spyre. Thankfully, it's poor taste far outweighs it's cuteness, so it's not a popular meal. If you have the Find Familiar spell, this is an option you can summon in addition to the standard beasts. You may also polymorph or wildshape into a bubble buddy fish if you are a druid of the nation of Spyre, but only after you can wildshape into creatures that can both fly and swim.

Floating Bubble. In addition to the standard effects of the Shape Water cantrip, the bubble buddy fish can make a 1-foot diameter sphere (4 gallons) levitate and move as if by telekinesis, so long as the bubble buddy fish remains inside the affected water. The water falls to the ground if the bubble buddy fish leaves it or is knocked unconscious.

Huggable. Contrary to popular misconceptions, the bubble buddy can be hugged and pet, if you don’t mind getting a bit damp. It quite enjoys it.

Innate Spellcasting. The bubble buddy fish’s innate spellcasting ability is intelligence (spell save DC 5). The bubble buddy fish can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

Water Breathing. The bubble buddy fish can breathe only underwater.

Squirt Water. Ranged weapon attack. +5 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 1 bludgeoning damage. In addition, any non-magical fires are put out by this attack
