Rogue, Acrobat Archetype

You have trained your body to work for you, improving your balance, allowing you to perform flips, and lengthening your jumps. Moving nimbly and staying out of danger is your focus.

Flipping Out

Starting when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you can tumble through difficult terrain including enemy spaces. If doing so causes an opportunity attack against you, they are done with disadvantage.

Second-Story Work

Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to climb faster than normal; climbing no longer costs you extra movement. In addition, when you jump, the distance increases by a number of feet equal to your Dexterity modifier.

Readied Roll

At 9th level, you have learned to roll when you land so that standing from prone no longer costs you extra movement, and you have resistance to falling damage.

Advanced Dodge

Starting at 13th level, you can somersault out of the way of danger. You can use your reaction to halve any attack’s damage against you until the start of your next turn. Additionally, you can take the Dodge action as one of the ioptions for your Cunning Action.

Balancing Act

At 17th level, your control over your movement prevents you from taking a critical hit. Additionally, a natural 1 is not an automatic failure for you.
