Blazing Life Amulet

Dragon magic is potent. A dragon's life energy is also potent. When those two powerful aspects are combined a item exploding with life's energies is created. A dragon knowing it's time is close to ending empowers something on its body, be it a scale, claw, or tooth. This item retains the unyeilding spirit of the dragon. Once such item has fallen into your possession. Now forged into an amulet this item contains a great spirit with a burning will to live and see life flourish.

Blazing Life Amulet

This items requires attument by a creature with a draconic bloodline. While attuned and worn it grants the wearer the following benifits.

• Will to live - You can now use the Spare the Dying cantrip at a range of 30 ft. If you use it at the standard touch range you can cast it as a bonus action instead of an action. All creatures stabalized by this cantrip are also healed 1 hp.

• Healing Breath - Allies caught within your breath weapon are instead healed for half of the damage dealt.

• Draconic Resilience - You may choose a different ability score to calculate AC. You may choose between Intellegence, Wisdom, or Charisma. One this choice has been made it cannot be changed.

• Draconic Presence - You are immune to the frightened condition.
