Butcher's Hook Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 7 (d4 + 4)
Hook, line and sinker Ranged Weapon attack: The Butcher can use its action to throw the hook at a ranged target, up to 30 feet away. The target must make a DC15 Dexterity save, or take 7 (d4 + 4) damage, and is grappled by The Butcher. The Butcher can then immediately drag the target 10 feet closer to him.
Bonus Actions
Drag If the Butcher has Hooked a target, it can use its bonus action to immediately drag the target 10 feet closer to him, and inflict 7 (d4 + 4) damage.
Legendary Actions
Charge Once per round, the Butcher can charge in a chosen direction, to the edge of the room. If the Butcher comes into contact with anyone (including in the initial square), they must make a DC12 Strength saving throw, or be knocked prone. This action does not provoke opportunity attacks.
