Dimensional Anchor

Weapon (greataxe, battleaxe), very rare


This unique item was perhaps the result of a literal interpretation of what a dimensional anchor does. This is an actual sailing anchor that you can use as a weapon. If a target is hit, they must make a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or be unable to use dimensional travel for 1 minute. This weapon has a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls.

Dragon Force Fists

Weapon (fist), rare


These fist weapons are shaped in the likeness of a dragon’s mouth. You can cast burning hands twice per long rest, once from each fist. This weapon has a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.

Edgeless Dagger

Weapon (dagger), artifact (requires attunement)


This weapon was forged to have a blade so fine that it can cut through anything. This blade can also cut through abstract objects, with GM permission, such as a spiritual link, a dream, or a mental communication. This artifact is so sharp that it can cut through the very fabric of reality, creating a temporary portal between two points or worlds. This artifact has a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls, and ignores any hardness or damage resistances. In addition, as an action you can cut a hole in reality, creating a portal. The portal lasts for 1 minute before reality repairs itself. The portal can be used to travel to any location you know of, regardless of the plane. You can only open portals if attuned.

Special Attunement. To attune, you must remove one of your fingers with the knife. If it is ever reattached or regrown, you lose attunement.

Invulnerable Cloak

Wondrous item (shoulder), legendary


Each strand of this cloak was woven and imbued with powerful protection spells. This cloak cannot be destroyed and is immune to damage. A wearer can use these properties to their advantage. While taking the defend action, they are immune to any damage. In addition, once per short rest they can use a reaction to become immune to any attack that just hit. This must be used before damage is rolled.

Pumpkin Helm

Wondrous item (head), legendary (requires attunement)


While wearing this helm and attuned to it, you become an avatar of the Night of Horrors. You can summon a nightmare under your control as an action. You are surrounded in hellish flames, dealing 1d6 fire damage to anyone within 5 feet who hits you with a melee attack. You can hurl flaming pumpkins that explode like a fireball spell. You can hurl 3 fireballs per long rest. You cannot transform during the day, and you can remain transformed for up to 1 hour per long rest. You transform in 1 minute increments.

Ami’s Notes. The Night of Horrors happens once a year on the darkest night. The Rider appears, hurling fire left and right and setting everything on fire. The Rider always disappears before morning.

Skeleton Key

Wondrous item, uncommon


This key has a skull on the bow. This key will magically unlock any lock, but loses its magic after being used.

Swing Hooks

Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)


This unique device shoots cables that can pull you along quickly. If attuned, you become skilled enough to use these cables efficiently and increase your speed by 20 feet, so long as there are areas where the hooks can gain purchase and high enough to allow you to leverage the proper momentum. You can use these hooks to move vertically as well. Every time you use the hooks, you must roll a d20. On a 1, the hook fails to find purchase and you begin to fall to the ground.

Sword Cane

Weapon (rapier), uncommon


This cane is designed to conceal a sharp rapier. The sword cane is magically enchanted to avoid detection as a weapon. No magic can detect this weapon, and creatures have disadvantage on any checks to discover its true purpose.

The Frozen Blade of Glacien

Weapon (greatsword), artifact (requires attunement)


This is the signature weapon of the primordial lord of cold, Glacien. While the sword is only representative of a fraction of his power, it is still immense.

Magic Weapon. The Frozen Blade of Glacien is a magic weapon that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. You also deal an additional 1d6 cold damage on each attack.

Random Properties. The Frozen Blade of Glacien has the following random properties:

  • 2 minor beneficial properties
  • 1 major beneficial property
  • 2 minor detrimental properties
  • 1 major detrimental property

Lord of Ice. While attuned to this weapon, you are immune to all cold damage. You can also change the damage type of any attack or spell you cast to cold damage.

Destroying the Sword. The Frozen Blade of Glacien can only be destroyed by submerging it in a volcano on the elemental plane of fire.
