Keen Hearing and Sight. The cat has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) ability checks that rely on hearing or sight.

Pounce. If the cat moves at least 10 feet straight towards a Tiny creature and hits it with a Claw attack on the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 10 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is knocked prone, the cat can make one bite attack against that target as a reaction.

Sure-Footed. The cat has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws against being knocked prone.

Nine Lives. As a reaction to falling, the cat instinctively makes a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw with advantage. If successful, it takes no falling damage and lands on its paws.

Variant: Purrfect Form. Any humanoid that starts its turn within 30 feet of the cat must make a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw. On a success, the target is immune to this cats charms for 24 hours. On a failure, the target must spend its movement to approach the cat, and its action attempting to pet the cat and exclaim "You're a kitty!"
