They moved like a pile of leaves in a strong gust of wind. Wings carrying them skyward. For a moment it was beautiful. Then we realised what we were seeing but it was too late.-Doc Trundles

Scorpion Moths range in size from Tiny to Large. Young moths stay close to their Brood Mother clinging to her back for the first few years until they reach Small size, unless it is mating season. Then the creatures swarm up as they travel to their mating grounds.

It is reasonable, if a single Tiny Scorpion Moth is encountered, the rest of the swarm is likly nearby. When the Brood comes under attack they quickly take to the air and instinctivly swarm to defend themselves and devour the attacker.

Scorpion Moths Variant:

  • Flight : Tiny Scorpion Moths have 30 ft of movment. Giant Scorpion Moths' flight movement is 10 Ft.

Brood Mothers Brood Mother Scorpion Moths have reached Medium or Large Size. These Moths carry their young on their backs. A Medium Moth can carry one Swarm of their Young and an Large Scorpion Moth May carry two Swarms of young.

In Flight Scorpion Moths, much like their name-sakes, are nimble and erattic. As a Scorpion Moth grows in size it becomes harder for the beast to fly and it stays closer and closer to the ground. The largest Scorpion Moths appear as if they are about to fall out of the air at any moment while in flight. While on the ground They lay their wings back along their bodies and appear very much like a normal Scorpion.
