Ellay

Moradin is best known for making dwarves but he has made many other creatures afterwards. Ellay were some of the intelligent creations of Moradin. They are beings of pure metal and exibit the traits of their metal.

Ellay Traits

Your ellay have the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Dexterity score increases by 1.

Age: Ellay don't know their actual age and do not seem to die of natural causes.

Alignment: Like most other Elementals, ellay tend towards neutral alignments.

Size: Ellay have no consistant sizes between them but the smallest tend to be slightly taller than dwarves and the largest can tower over goliath. Your size is medium.

Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Metalic Composition: You have resistance to fire damage but are vulnerable to lightning damage.

Conductive: On your next turn after you take fire or lightning damage, your first melee attack that deals damage deals additional damage equal to your level of the damage type. If this trait is not used before the end of your next turn then the fire or lightning damage dissipates.

Inorganic: You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage. You are also immune to disease.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Primordial.

Auch

Ellay made from primarily gold are called the auch and have the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Charisma score increases by 2.

Super Conductive: Your Conductive trait deals double the standard damage.

Ductile: You can move through and occupy a space as narrow as 6 inches wide without squeezing. Additionally, as and action you can squeeze yourself into a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Femadu

The steel and iron based ellay are the most common to meet and these are their traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Strength score increases by 2.

Natural Armor: Your iron body provides more protection to you and gives you a +1 bonus to your AC.

Heat Treat: When you take fire damage your body strengthens. For one minute, you gain a +1 to your armor class. If you take fire damage during the duration the minute restarts.

Agcan

Silver ellay are naturally cleaner than other ellay which give them the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Dexterity score increases by 1 and Charisma score increases by 1.

Sterile: You are immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition.

Perfect Reflection: You have resistance to radiant damage.

Curis

The curis are not as rare as auch or agcan, the copper curis are still an uncommon ellay race with the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Strength score increases by 2.

Energy Storage: Your conductive trait can now hold the extra damage for one minute.

Metalic Venom: When you deal piercing or slashing you deal an additional 1d4 poison damage.

Probrati

Many powerful wizards employ probrati to protect them because of the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Wisdom score increases by 2.

Metalic Poison: When a creature comes in contact with you metalic body they must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. A poisoned creature no longer in direct contact with you can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Scrying Resistance: You have advantage on saving throws againt Divination magic and spell like effects.

Tiwill

Tiwill are often the wizards employing probrati guards, but also protect themselves with the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: Your Intelligence score increases by 2.

Natural Armor: Your iron body provides more protection to you and gives you a +1 bonus to your AC.

Magic Resistance: You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Damascus

On rare occasions, two ellay may feel so close that they decide to merge into one creature. If the two ellay are of different subraces then they gain the following traits:

Ability Score Improvement: The subraces decide your improvement. The primary stat of each subrace increases yours by one. Agcan's primary stat is Dexterity.

Dual Nature: You gain the first trait after the ability score improvement of both subraces you choose but do not gain the last ability.
