\page #### Jar of Flesh *Wondrous item, rare*
This glass jar contains 5 pounds of a moldable, fleshy material. It has five charges. You can spend 1 minute and 1 charge forming the material into a shape to replace a missing body part or sealing a wound no larger than 1 square foot. After one minute, it loses its modlable quality and becomes part of your flesh. Once all charges are used, this item becomes an ordinary glass jar. #### Fairy King's Locket *Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)*
In order to attune to this item, place a drawing of yourself on the empty side of the inside of this locket, opposite of the likeness of the Fairy King. Once attuned, the Fairy King can appear at any moment to offer you gentle advice. You have no control over when the Fair King appears. #### Alehouse Drake's Skull *Wondrous item, very rare*
When you pour an alcoholic beverage over this skull, it will momentarily animate to offer you the history of any place or notable figure you wish for, giving you a +3 to any history check involving them in the future. The skull can only animate this way once per day after sundown. #### Expired Shrinking Potion *Potion, uncommon*
When someone drinkins this potion, they will steadily shrink over the course of 12 hours to 1 inch and then revert back to their normal size over the course of another 12 hours. All their belongings change size with them. #### Blade of Anesthesia *Weapon (any sword), very rare*
When you deal damage to a creature with this weapon, it does not feel the pain from the injury. If the creature is not aware of you, dealing damage to it with this weapon does not make it aware of you or the fact that it has been damaged. If you deal damage to a creature equal or higher than half its maximum hit points using only this weapon, the creature can make a DC 15 Perception check in order to realize if it has been hurt. #### Ooze Can *Wondrous item, rare*
This metal canister contains a subdued ooze. As an action, you can throw it up to 30 feet away. On impact, roll a 1d6 to determine what type of ooze is released at the point of impact. This otherworldy item can be used in the following ways: - It replaces a wizard's spellbook and negates the gold cost of transcribing new spells into it. - It can record up to 60 minutes of sound which can be played back at any point afterwards. - It can emit a 15-foot cone of dim light for up to 5 minutes per day. - The wizard can spend one hour of downtime every day to record the day's events into it, giving them advantage on History checks for events or information that the party has encountered .

Every 7 days, this item needs to be hit with at least 15 lightning damage or it loses all its functions. #### Ring of Glibness and Gullibility *Ring, rare*
While wearing this ring, you gain +5 to all Charisma checks, but you automatically fail all Insight checks. #### Staff of Turn Undead *Wondrous item, very rare*
This staff has 5 small skulls attached to it. As an action, you can remove a skull from the staff and make a ranged attack roll against a creature you can see within 60 feet using your spell attack bonus. On a hit, the target is turned undead while retaining their mind and anatomy. Once turned, the target begins to decompose over time until they become a sentient skeleton after 1 month. The skull you have removed from the staff forms flesh, skin and a body, gains life and runs away. The target of the effect can reverse it by finding the creature that formed from the skull and killing it. Once there are no more skulls on the staff, it becomes a regular quarterstaff. #### Instrumimic *Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a bard)*
This musically minded mimic can transform into any musical instrument it has seen and heard being played. Only a bard that is proficient in at least 3 instruments can attune to this item. Once attuned, they can use it as their spell focus. Twice per long rest, this item can give them advantage on a bard spell or a Performance check. At least once every 7 days, the owner of this item must perform before an audience of at least 10 people or compose a ballad that is up to the item's standards, otherwise, the owner will lose the attunement and the item will leave its owner to find a more talented bard to play with. #### Cracked Wand of Water Breathing *Wondrous item, uncommon*
This wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can expend 1 charge as an action to produce a sphere of water 6 inches in diameter that floats towards a creature you can see within 60 feet of you. Make a ranged attack roll against the creature using your spell attack bonus. On a hit, the target gains the ability to breathe water for 1d6 hours but loses the ability to breathe air for the same duration.

\page #### Thundering Cube *Wondrous item, very rare*
This heavy, metal cube with a side of approximately 1 foot can produce a burst of thunderous sound randomly once per day. Whenever it does so, it deals 3d8 thunder damage and deafens all creatures for 1 round in a radius of 30 feet. #### Washing Stick *Wondrous item, rare*
This 3-foot long wooden stick has a brass cone on one end and an iron cylinder on the other. As an action, you can point one end of the stick and activate it. **Brass cone.** The stick sprays out soapy water. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 1d8 cold damage, 1d4 poison damage, and gains resistance to fire damage for one minute on a failed save, or it takes half as much damage on a successful one. **Iron cylinder.** The stick shoots out a gust of hot air. Each creature in a 60-foot line must make a Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from you in a direction following the line. The gust disperses gas or vapor, and it extinguishes candles, torches, and similar unprotected flames in the area. It causes protected flames, such as those of lanters, to dance wildly and has a 50 percent chance to extinguish them. You can use each end of the stick once per day. It recharges its uses at dawn. #### Decanter of Endless Molten Lead *Wondrous item, very rare*
This decanter made of magical, transparent glass contains 20 pounds of molten lead. It emits dim light in a radius of 5 feet and warmth in a radius of 10 feet unless emptied. You can use an action to expel 5 pounds of lead from the decanter, either spraying it in a 15-foot cone or on an area of 5 square feet where it remains for 1 minute. Any creature within the cone or starting or ending its turn in the area covered by the lead must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 8d4 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The decanter refills back to 20 pounds at dawn. #### Crawling Carpet *Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)*
You can speak the carpet's command word as an action to make the carpet move twaords you. It moves accoring to your spoken directions, provided it is within 30 feet of you. The carpet has a movement speed of 80 feet and a carrying capacity of 800 pounds. It is able to move up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings. When it moves across non-horizontal surfaces, gravity still applies to objects carried on top of the carpet.
