Cleric of the Arctic domain channel the power of the unyielding winter. Where many fear the bite of the arctic, they embrace it and use it to protect their loved ones from harm.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot level of up to half your cleric level (rounded up), the temporary HP and damage dealt by the spell increases by a number equal to your Wisdom Modifier and the range becomes touch instead of self. #### Bonus proficiency Also at 1st level, you gain proficiency with heavy armor. #### Channel divinity: Ice prison Starting at 2nd level, as an action, you can brandish your holy symbol, facing a creature you can see within 30ft of you. It must make a Strength saving throw or the ice forming around it will encase it for 1 minute. While encased in this way a creature is incapacitated and its speed becomes 0, it is also immune to all damage while trapped. At the end of each of its turn it can try to repeat the Strength saving throw, breaking free of the ice on a success. #### Glacial Soul: At 6th level, the divine ice shines through you: - You learn the ray of frost cantrip, it counts as a cleric cantrip for you. - When you deal cold damage to a creature, you can also reduce its movement speed by 10ft until the start of your next turn. - You gain resistance to cold damage. #### Potent spellcasting: Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip. #### Herald of the Arctic: Starting at 17th level, your blessed affinity with the cold is unmatched: - You gain immunity to cold damage - you can use your action to activate an aura of Blizzard in a 30ft radius around you that lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it using another action. You and your allies within that radius are considered heavily obscured to others.
