A possible small dungeon encounter to add to the Old Owl Well Side Quest in Lost Mines of Phandelver, but can easily be incorporated into other narratives.
Tinkerfitz Labs was a private yet well regarded Magical Research Lab that has been lost to time. Recently, It's existence has been rediscovered when a wandering Mage followed the tales and broke the seal to its entrance beneath a ruined tower. Within its halls, adventurers will discover strange experiments, unusual magic items, and uncover the mystery of what caused the destruction of this once thriving secret corporation.
