Description
Witches are defined by a shared interest in the universe and its mechanisms, whether that be the cycle of life and death or the inner workings of the mind. And like most wizards, Witches learn their magic and whispers through study, yet due to their unique subject of choice must learn them alone or on occasion in a group of likeminded witches, called a Coven.
This is a revised version of my normal Halfcaster Witch that has more refined whispers and runes, and uses spell points.
