\page # Introduction SOMEWHERE IN THE COSMOS, a kobold sits in his private sanctum, scheming for his quest for a better tomorrow, but also to gather knowledge to add to his ever-growing collection. The wizard Sakon hoards all of the history, trivia and findings he made and collected, placing them in his private library for either personal use or as a trophy. Even though his quest for knowledge is never-ending, Sakon desires to have all of the information in the DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Multiverse, and his library stands as his crowning achievement for this. SAKON'S COMPENDIUM TO THE MULTIVERSE provides a treasure trove of spells and magics to play with, but also grants new options and innovations for playing and making the game. # Using this pdf written for both players and dungeon masters, this supplement offers options to enhance your campaign in any world, might that be placed in the Forgotten Realms, a different campaign setting or supplement or even a world of your own making. This booklet is split into 3 Chapters. Chapter 1 offers character options that expand on the ones presented in the PLAYER'S HANDBOOK and XANATHAR'S GUIDE TO EVERYTHING, but also improves or gives alternative options on existing options presented in those books. Chapter 2 is filled with goodies dungeon masters can use for running their games and to ease out any processes they might come across in their campaigns. It also contains many tips and tricks starter dungeon masters can use to shape their games. Chapter 3 covers new spells, including many made by Sakon himself, and new monsters to encounter and battle. As you read through this PDF, you may come across some notes Sakon may have left in while you were reading. \page # New Subclasses ## Artificer: Specialist ___ Artificers who focus their efforts into creating a miriade of items are often grouped together under the term of "Specialists". These Specialists are what one would think if they would think of an artificer; Craftsmen or -women who dedicate their lives into making the perfect masterpiece. Wether it be wands, potions or even mechanical creations, these artificers are very adept at making them, and even deadlier with using them. ### Tool Proficiency ___ When you adopt this specialization at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Calligrapher's Tools. If you already have this proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan's tools of your choice. ### Specialist Spells ___ You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Specialist Spells table. If you need to activate or use a magic item that requires an action to be able to use it, you can instead choose to use a bonus action instead. You can do so equal to your Intelligence modifier (with a minimum of once.) ___ In addition, if a tool requires you to spend a certain amount of time to be able to perform a certain action, you can reduce the time needed in half. If it takes one minute, it takes an action to do so

### Magic Item Savant When you reach 3rd level, your teachings have given you insight into crafting a miriade of items most cannot craft already. Whenever you choose an option from your Infuse Item Replicate Magic Item option, you gain additional options that can be chosen at each table whenever you reach a certain level in this class. You must still adheer to the rules in place in the Replicate Magic Item option unless stated otherwise. | Artificer Level | Options | |:----:|:-------------| | 2nd | You may also craft potions and scrolls | | 6th | You may craft any ring of uncommon and rare rarity | | 10th | You can create any wonderous item of rare or lower that's expendable | | 14th | You may craft any wand or weapon or rare rarity or lower that has charges. It does not regain any charges and breaks after it expends its last charge | ### Empowered Items At 5th level, your items are a cut above the usual, being more powerful than normal. Any magic item you craft gains the following benefits: - If you gain a benefit from a spell that directly affects the item such as Elemental Weapon, the caster does not need to concentrate on the spell - If you deal damage through the item, you gain a bonus equal to your Intelligence modifier - Whenever you need to roll to keep an item from breaking, when you roll a 1, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll. - If a magic item you are attunded to has charges, whenever you need to regain or roll for those charges, you gain additional charges equal to your Proficiency bonus (these charges do not exceed the maximum you are allowed to have). ### Infusion Adept At 9th level, you gain an additonal infused item. You gain an additional one at 12th, 16th and 18th level. ___ In addition, whenever your magic items are subjected to a spell effect, ability checks made against it are done with disadvantage and saving throws it makes are made with advantage ### Magical Expertise At 15th level, you have entered a new frontier in magic item usage. You can spend a spell slot to maximise one die roll that you make with a magic item. The amount of die rolls you can maximise with a spell slot increases with each level above 1st. The die roll may never be a d20 or d100 or a die roll made to regain charges

\page You can also expend a spell slot to either regain a usage of an ability the item has or to roll the die necessary to regain charges, gaining the amount rolled plus any bonusses it has ## Barbarian: Path of the Stars ___ Barbarians who follow the Path of the Stars receive guidance from the stars, channeling their primal energy for otherwordly rages and using their omens to help them with decision making ### The Celestial Sphere Starting at 3rd level, when you rage, you become imbued with cosmic energy. While raging, you can choose one of the following options: - Astral Barrage: Whenever you make a melee attack against one creature and it hits, you may also choose any creature within 5ft. of your attack target. They, excluding your attack target, take radiant damage equal to your proficiency bonus. - Comet: You can take the Dash action as a bonus action. After taking the Dash action, you may announce to use the following feature; After you end your movement, each creature of your choice within 10 feet of you must make a Strength saving throw equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. If they fail, they take an amount of d6 equal to your proficiency bonus and are knocked prone. If they succeed, they take half as much. - Nova: You generate an aura which slows hostile creatures down. Hostile creatures within 10ft. of you have their movement speed halved. If you hit a creature that is in your aura, their movement speed is decreased by 5ft. times your proficiency bonus until the end of their turn. You can only affect one creature with this effect and once you have chosen a creature, you cannot choose another until at the start of your next turn. ### Astrography Starting at 6th level, the stars begin to answer your calls and pleas, allowing you to gain a boon correlating to an event that has happend, will happen and is about to happen. When you finish a long rest, you may choose a fortune which gives you a benefit. You may choose from the following: - Past: After calling upon this power, whenever you fail an attack roll, ability check or saving throw, you may gain advantage on such a roll on your next turn only. This benefit lasts for a minute. - Present: After calling upon this power, you do not get disadvantage, nor can your opponents benefit from advantage with rolls takt are made against you. This benefit lasts for one minute. - Future: After calling upon this power, you gain charges equal to your proficiency bonus. Whenever you roll for an attack roll, ability check or saving throw, you may expend one charge to gain advantage. You may choose to do so after seeing your roll, but before the outcome is determined. These charges can be kept until you have finished a short or long rest. The options can be activated as a bonus action. ### Macro Cosmos Starting at 10th level, when you are raging, you can switch between you Celestial Sphere options, as a reaction, at the start of your turn. In addition, your Celestial Sphere features improve. They now gain the following benefits; ### ## Bard: College of Legends ___ The College of Legends tell awe-inspiring stories and tales. Wether the bold truth or a stupid bluff, these ancient lores and pieces of history fuel not only their allies, but bolster them as well

\page ## Bard: College of Songs ___ The College of Songs are all about perfecting the oral arts. Bards who practice this have mastered linguistics to the point where their very words carry magic with them, empowering allies and creature alike with every tone. But watch out as their sourest notes can be deadly ## Cleric: Luck Domain Luck is a phenomenon a plethora of people rely upon in their daily lives. From the most wretched of monsters to the most succesful of nobles, luck has the power to lauch them forward in life or take away everything they have worked for. Gods such as Bahamut, Tymora, Abbathor and Kurtulmak and more have claimed this domain for themselves, signalling that luck can be granted and taken by any kind of race or monster. Luck does not discriminate, as do the priests who have devoted their practises to the art of luck. Priests of luck find themselves getting out of situations they shouldn't even get out of in the first place, but also give aid to those who have been thrown into the gutter. ##### Luck Domain Spells | Cleric Level | Spells | |:----:|:-------------| | 1st | *Bless, Sanctuary* | | 3rd | *Augury, Fortune's Favor* | | 5th | *Beacon of Hope, Bestow Curse* | | 7th | *Death Ward, Guardian of Faith* | | 9th | *Circle of Power, Sakon's Reflect Magic* | Fortune's Favor can be found in Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and Sakon's Reflect Magic can be found in Sakon's Compendium to the Multiverse ### Bonus Proficiency You gain proficiency with Heavy Armor ### Fate and Fortune Starting at 1st level, as a reaction, whenever an ally you can see within 30 feet of you is making an ability check, attack roll or saving throw, you can use a reaction to grant the target 2d4 when making that roll. You can do this equal to your Wisdom modifier (with a minimum of 1) amount of times and regain expended uses after a long rest. You can only use this reaction in response to an action that isn't influenced by an effect that you've cast through spells. ### Channel Divinity: Bend Luck Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to turn the odds into your favor. Whenever you are subjected to make a roll with disadvantage, you can use your reaction to gain advantage on every roll you make until the end of your next turn ### Channel Divinity: Signs of Favor Starting at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinty to quickly pray upon your deity to help you and your allies in tough times. As an action, any ally within 30 feet of you (including you) gains temporary hit points equal to your cleric level and are cured from the Blinded, Deafened, Frightened, Paralysed, Stunned or Poisoned condition. ### Divine Strike At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8. ### Fortune favors the Fortunate At 17th level, your devotion to luck itself has granted you insights on its innerworkings, allowing you to bend others luck to your will. You can now use your Fate and Fortune ability on any other creatures and can now choose to either add or subtract the roll from said creature. In addition, whenever you roll a 20 on a d20 roll, you regain one expened use of Fate and Fortune. Any remaining uses will disappear after a long rest ## Druid: Circle of the Half-Light ___ Druids of the Half-Light are walking a finite balans between destruction and restoration. Both smiting wicked entities and safeguarding allies, the Druids of this circle ensure that all kindred spirits of nature can resume their cycle untampered, unharmed. ### Merging with Heaven and Earth Starting at 2nd level, your essence becomes suffused by the latent powers of the world and the skies. As a bonus action, you may expend one Wild Shape feature to create a 20ft sphere of either Bright Light or Dim Light centered on yourself, which lasts for 10 minutes. Each light has its own benefits and or detriments tied to it, which will be detailed below. You may switch lights during the 10 minute duration as a bonus action, and can do so up to your Wisdom modifier. Expended uses can be regained during a long rest. ___ **Bright Light**: Soothing light envelops you and your allies, giving them strength to carry on. Creatures who are friendly to you, including yourself, gain a d4 at the start of their turn. This d4 can be used with any roll until the beginning of the creature's next turn, after which it dissipates. **Dim Light**: Your foes feel themselves falter in the twilight, giving you and your allies an edge towards victory. Any creature hostile towards you inside of the field must subtract a d4 with their first roll. ## Druid: Circle of Modernity ___ As there are druids in the forest, so too are there in the cities. Many a druid have tried to strike a balance between society and nature so both can co-exist in peace, but can't do so alone. Thus the Circle of Modernity was born; As the humanoids of the realms ever expand their reach and threaten the cycle of nature, so too will the druids of modernity try to put a stop to that. In turn of course, these druids lend their hand to villages and cities who want a better relationship with the world around them

\page ## Fighter: Spellslayer ___ Spellslayers are a group of fighters who specialise in sapping spells and shutting them down quickly. ### Spell Disruption Starting at 3rd level, you have learned the innerworkings of magic to be able to shut it down. You gain proficiency with in Arcana and can add double your proficiency bonus whenever you make an Arcana (Intelligence) check revolving around spells and magical effects. ___ Whenever you are within 5 feet of the creature casting the spell or magical effect, you can use your reaction to give the target of the effect a bonus to either their AC or saving throws. The bonus equals your intelligence modifier and you can use this ability up to your intelligence modifier (minimum of 1). You regain expended uses upon finishing a short or long rest. ### Ability Exploitist Starting at 3rd level, whenever a creature activates an ability, you can use your reaction to mark that creature for 1 minute. While marked, whenever you deal weapon damage against that creature, you deal an extra d4 of your current weapon's damage to the marked creature. If the creature is able to cast spells, you deal the next greater die instead (example, if your extra damage dice is a d4, you use a d6 instead.) The damage die increases after you reach a certain level. The damage die increases to a d6 at level 7, a d8 at level 11 and a d10 at level 15 You can use this ability equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a short or long rest. ### Spell Splitter Starting at 7th level, you can now interrupt magic effects that proof to be harmful for you or your allies. You can use Spell Disruption while you are next to or are the target of a spell or magical effect. When you do so, the creature gains resistance to and has advantage for saving throws against magical effects or spells for one turn ### Magic Retardent Starting at 10th level, you yourself become somewhat magic resistant. You gain resistance to and have advantage on saving throws whenever you are targeted by a magical effect or spell. In addition, whenever you make a saving throw against a magical effect or spell that allows you to take half damage on a success, you instead take no damage. ### Wizardry Adversary Starting at 15th level, your spellslayer combat strategies are ingraned in your head. If you roll initiative and have no uses of Ability Exploitist or Spell Disruption remaining, you regain one use of either abilities (your choice).

### Arcane Shutdown Starting at 18th level, you have learned a forbidden art that nullifies a magic-user's powers. You can target one creature that you can see. That creature must make a Charisma saving throw against your DC (8 + proficiency bonus + Intelligence modifier). On a failed save, the creature is now under the effects of the Antimagic Field spell for 1 minute. While in this state, you deal an extra 2d10 force damage with each weapon attack you succesfully hit. On a succesful save, the creature cannot use any spells or abilities for 1 round. You regain this ability when you finish a long rest ## Monk: Way of the ___ Monk ### Stability and Destruction Starting at 3rd level, your signature moves carry more weight to them, leaving a more profound impact when used. Whenever you spend ki to use ki features provided by the Monk class, you gain an extra benefit. You can only benefit from one of these modes at a time. You can replace one of them by using the feature associated with the mode. A mode ends 1 minute after combat ends: - Flurry of Blows: After you've used flurry of blows, if you attack a creature using a monk weapon or unarmed strikes, you may also target a different creature within 5 feet of them for an attack. You cannot use Flurry of Blows if you have this benefit. - Patient Defense: If you are already benefitting from a mode, your armor class increases by an amount equal to your Wisdom modifier. This mode ends at the start of your turn. - Step of the Wind: After you've used step of the wind, the next time you need to spend ki on a Monk feature, you may subtract one ki point from its cost. You cannot do so for Step of the Wind or Patient Defense. ###

\page ## Paladin: Oath of Tribulations ___ Paladins who have sworn this oath are both judge and jury. Their senses unhampered, their wills made of steel. A paladin of tribulations has trained and improved itself to become the embodiment of justice and the law itself. ### Tenents of Tribulations **Law.** Laws are absolute. They bring order in a chaotic civilisation and life. _______ **Loyalty.** Pledging yourself to your ideals allows for its sustainability to be preserved. ___ **Strength.** Your mind is unwavered. Your body made of steel. With these tools, you may protect and hold up that which need it most. ___ **Order.** With order comes peace. With order comes prosperity. Order must be maintained at all costs. ### Oath Spells You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed. ##### Oath Spells ##### Oath of Tribulations | Paladin level | Spells | |:----:|:-------------| | 3rd | command, heroism | | 5th | hold person, zone of truth | | 9th | beacon of hope, sakon's disarm* | | 13th | aura of purity, locate creature | | 17th | dispel evil and good, dominate person | ### Channel Divinity: Sacred Trial As an action, you can target one creature within 30 feet. That creature must make a Charisma saving throw or be subjected to this Divinity's effects. A creature who failed this saving throw is marked for 1 minute. While marked, you inflict an effect appropriate to the target creature's alignement. These include: - Good: Whenever the target creature makes an attack, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it must choose a different creature for the attack or waste the attack action if no other creatures can be targeted. - Neutral: Whenever the target creature makes an attack, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the attack fails, it becomes frightened by its attack target and uses its reaction to move up to its movement speed away from the attack target, taking the safest route possible. - Evil: Whenever the target creature makes an attack, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the marked creature instead uses its action to apologise for his aggression and cannot move or harm the attack target until the end of their turn. ___ If a creature is unaligned, they instead must make a Wisdom save at the beginning of their turn. On a failed save, the creature cannot use the attack action. This lasts until the beginning of their next turn. ### Channel Divinity: Call of Authority As an action, you hold out your holy symbol to demand any hostile to heed your words. When you use this channel divinity, any creature hostile towards you within 30 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed. While charmed this way, you can issue the charmed creatures a command. After you have done so, a special turn comes right after yours in which the charmed creatures perform their given task. In this special turn, the DM determines how the creature acts. If it cannot follow your command, it will simply do nothing. Once the creature(s) have followed said command, the charmed condition ends. ### Aura of Subduing Starting at 7th level, if an ally within range is targeted for an attack while they already were an attack target this round, that attack roll is made with disadvantage. At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet. ### Iron Hand of Justice Starting at 15th level, you invoke the power of law to punish those unruly. Whenever a creature marked by your Sacred Trial channel divinity deals damage against a creature, they take radiant damage equal to half of the damage the attacked creature has taken. Whenever a creature does not perform the command given to them through or succeeds on the saving throw of Call of Authority, they become stunned for 1 round. ### Solemn Entity At 20th level, using your action, you embody the law which you try to uphold. This form lasts for 1 minute and you gain the following benefits: - Whenever you charm a creature, it becomes affected by your Sacred Trial ability until it has been subjected by the saving throw it needed to make to prevent it from attacking. - Creatures who are marked take an additional 1d8 radiant damage whenever they take damage from you or your allies. - As a reaction, you can move up to your walking speed to a creature who has used their action, bonus action or reaction to harm a creature. Once you have reached that creature, you may immediately make one attack roll which deals an additional 3d8 radiant damage.

\page ## Ranger: Trailblazer ___ Trailblazers are rangers whom fully embrace what the natural world has to offer. Spending more time in their Favoured Terrain than anywhere else, these rangers know the wilds inside and out, making them great guides in their homeland. They also team-up with druidcircles to protect these lands from exploit and disasters. ### Blazer's Quarry ___ Starting at 3rd level, your ranger makes extensive use of the terrain around them. When you gain this feature, choose three of the abilities listed below. You can activate one of them as a bonus action when you are in the corresponding terrain. They last for 1 minute, the ability applies to the first time you hit a target on a turn, and you can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest. Some require a saving throw to be made. The DC equals your Ranger spell save DC. You learn an additional one whenever you gain your favoured terrain feature and can swap one ability with another once per level up. ___ **Arctic.** Your weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra cold damage and reduce your target's movement with 10 feet until the end of their turn ___ **Coast.** Your melee weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra bludgeoning damage. After you've attacked, you may move up to 10 feet without provoking an attack of opportunity ___ **Desert.** Your melee weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra fire damage. A creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must make attacks against you with disadvantage ___ **Forest.** Your ranged weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra piercing damage. A creature hit must make a strength saving throw or be affected by difficult terrain until the beginning of your next turn ___ **Grassland.** Your weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra damage. Whenever a creature enters your weapon's reach or range, you can, as a reaction, make a weapon attack against that creature ___ **Mountain.** Your melee weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra damage. Whenever you hit a creature with an attack, you can choose a creature within 5 feet of it to also take 1d6 weapon damage ___ **Swamp.** Your ranged weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra acid damage. At the beginning of their turn, the creature takes 1d6 acid damage. The creature can, at the end of their turn, make a Constitution saving throw to end this effect ___ **Underdark.** Your weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra poison damage. The first creature you hit must make a Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. The poisoned creature can make at the end of their turn another Constitution saving throw to end this effect ___ **Urban.** Your ranged weapon attacks deal 1d6 extra damage. Any creatures standing in a straight line, within the weapon's normal range, behind the creature takes this damage as well ### Terrain Expert At 3rd level, you gain more insight on the different terrians that decorate your world. Choose one of the favoured terrain options from your Favoured Terrain feature. You will gain this option as a terrain known. You may choose an additional favoured terrain each time you gain a Natural Explorer improvement. While you are in your favoured terrain, you gain the benefits of natural explorer within 1 minute instead of an hour. ___ In addition, while in your favoured terrain, your Primeval Awareness gets improved. You can use that feature once without using a spell slot, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Any additional uses require spell slots as usual. You can also sense your favoured enemies and know what general direction those creatures are. If there are multiple groups of your favored enemies within range, you learn this information for each group. ### Trailblazer Spells Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Trailblazer Spells table. Once per day when you finish a short rest, you can choose expended spell slots to recover. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than a third of your ranger level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 4th level or higher. For example, if you're a 9th-level ranger, you can recover up to three levels worth of spell slots. You can recover either a 3rd-level spell slot or three 1st-level spell slots.

\page ### Nature's Sentinel At 11th level, your connection to nature deepens to a personal level where it never leaves you. The damage your Hunter's Quary feature deals is increased to 1d8 and you learn an additional option of your choice. Whenever you spend 10 minutes in an area or terrain that is unfamiliar to you, it becomes a Favoured Terrain for the purposes of activating abilities that require one. Additionally, you suffer none of the drawbacks of old age, and you can't be aged magically. ### Trailblazer's Sanctuary At 15th level, your spirit is ever bound to your terrain of choice. As an action, you expel out an aura that's 30ft in its diameter. In this aura, you and whom you see as friendly will gain the following benefits: - You have advantage on Wisdom saving throws and are immune to being charmed or frightened - Whenever you deal damage, you deal an additional 1d8 damage corresponding to your favoured terrain of choice (see Terrain Expert) - You gain temporary hit points equal to twice the Ranger's Wisdom modifier. You regain these temporary hit points at the start of your turn This aura lasts for 1 minute. ## Rogue: Strategist Your training focuses on the arts of trickery. Wether it be to gain the advantage in a fight or to outwit your adversary, you always are one step ahead. ### Stroke of Genius ___ At 3rd level, you are naturally gifted in the crafts and fields you have emersed yourself in, making you a master in your field. If you have expertise in a skill or tool, you can treat any result of 7 or lower to be an 8. ### Expert Stratigem Starting at 3rd level, you create strategies which are fueled by your sneak attack die. Stratigems. You learn three stratigems of your choice, which are listed under "Strategies" below. Many stratigems enhance an attack in some way, while others provide a benefit. You can use only one strategy per turn. You learn two additional strategies of your choice at 9th, 13th, and 17th level. Each time you learn new strategy or when you gain an ability score improvement, you can also replace one strategy you know with a different one. Strategy Dice. You have an amount of dice, which are d6s, at your disposal equal to your sneak attack dice. A strategy die is expended when you use a strategy. You regain all of your expended strategy dice when you finish a short or long rest. #### Strategies These strategies are presented in alphabetical order. ___ After Image. Immediately after you take damage, you may expend one Stratigem die to move up to your walking speed. You do not invoke attacks of opportunity whilst you use this movement. ___ Concentrate. As a bonus action, by expending one of your Stratigem die, you can choose one creature within 60ft of you. You either make an Investigation or Insight check against the creature's Charisma score. On a success, attacks made by the creature, against you, are made with disadvantage. At the start of your turn, if you weren't hit, you gain advantage for your next attack roll against the target. ___ Defensive Stance. If you were to be hit with a melee attack, you may use your reaction to expend one strategy dice to increase your AC equal to your maximum amount of Stratigem dice until the beginning of your next turn, possibly turning the hit into a miss. ___ Distraction. As a bonus action, by expending one of your Stratigem die, you can choose one creature within 60ft of you. You either make a Performance or Persuasion check against the target's Intelligence score. On a success, until the end of the creature's next turn, the target has disadvantage with Perception checks or attack rolls against all creatures except you.

\page Finale. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you expend one Strategy die. The attack becomes a crititcal hit. This strategy can only be used before you have used any actions, bonus actions or reactions, except for the attack action. ___ Finisher. After successfully hitting an attack, you may expend one Stratigem dice to make another attack roll against the same target. This attack does not benefit from Sneak attack. If you hit, you add your Stratigem dice maximum to your damage roll. If the creature has hit 0 hit points when you choose this option, choose a different creature to make an attack roll against. ___ Gut Shot. If you hit an attack roll with which you had no advantage with, you can announce to use this strategy. When you do so, your next attack against the attack target is made with advantage. This benefit lasts until the end of your next turn. You add your Stratigem dice maximum to your next damage roll against the target. ___ Lucky. If you hit a creature with an attack roll which isn't a critical hit, you can roll another d20. If you roll within your critical range, the attack becomes a critical hit. Alternatively, whenever you fail an ability check, you may roll an additional d20, which you may choose to turn the failure into a success. ___ Masterful Strike. As part of the attack action, expend one Stratigem die. You take a -5 penalty to your chance to hit the target. If you hit the target, you deal an extra amount of damage equal to your Stratigem dice maximum. The damage dice are d6s. ___ Neutralise. As a bonus action, by expending one of your Stratigem die, you can choose one creature within 5ft of you. You make either an Athletics or Sleight of Hand check contesting against the creature's AC. On a success, until the end of their next turn, they must subtract 1d6 from their attack and damage rolls. ___ Predator. If a hostile creature ends their movement on a space which you could reach with your walking speed, you may expend a reaction and one Stratigem die to move to that creature and immediately make an attack against them. ___ Reflex. As a reaction, when the terrain you are standing on is subjected to an effect or you are subjected to an effect that affects your movement, you can make an Acrobatics check against the effect's DC. On a success, you may move up to half your speed without being subjected to any effects or initiating any triggers for that movement. ___ Storm of Steel. As an action, make a ranged attack roll against any creature within a 20-foot cone. You make a seperate attack roll against each target, spending ammunition for each creature if applicable. On a hit, you you add your Stratigem dice maximum to your damage roll. You cannot benefit from Sneak attack when making this attack. ___ Sudden Strike. In response to someone taking an action, you may spend one strategy die and your reaction to make an attack roll against the target. This attack does not benefit from Sneak Attack. If you succeed, they must make a Constitution check against the number rolled. Upon a failure, they must use their action to do something else. ___ Tactician. Whenever you roll for initiative, you may expend one Stratigem die and increase your roll by 1d6. You may choose to use this Stratigem after seeing the roll. For one turn, you gain +10 feet of movement and do so without provoking opportunity attacks. ___ Terrorising Performance. As a bonus action, by expending one of your Stratigem die, you can choose one creature within 30ft of you. You either make a Deception or Intimidation check against the target's Wisdom score. On a success, the creature becomes frightened of you until the end of your next turn. While frightened, add 1d4 to any attack roll against the creature. ### Burst of Speed At 9th level, getting around terrain is something you can do with ease. If you have expended all of your movement; You may, as a free action, gain movement equal to your Dexterity score and need to immediately expend it, going in a straight line. You may only perform Ability Checks and not take the Attack action when you announce to use this feature. You can use this feature an amount equal to your Proficiency bonus and gain expended uses after you finish a long rest. ### Stratigem Improvement At 9th level, you gain two additional strategies. You may also exchange one strategy for another. ### Pre-preparation Stratigem At 13th level, when you roll initiative and have no Stratigem dice remaining, you regain two dice. ### Stratigem Improvement At 13th level, you gain two additional strategies. You may also exchange one strategy for another. ### Adrenaline Shot At 17th level, your mind has honed itself to process its surroundings to supernatural extremes. You can, at the end of any creature's turn, choose to gain an extra turn. In this turn, you are permitted to only use your actions or bonus action to use one strategy. You can do so a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses after a long rest. You regain one use of this feature after you roll initiative. ### Stratigem Improvement At 17th level, you gain two additional strategies. You may also exchange one strategy for another.

\page ## Sorcerer: Demonic Origin ___ Sorcerers with a Demonic Origin have their magic come from a distant demonic entity. Maybe they were a devil or demon sent in as a mortal to wreak havoc or on a mission or an unfortunate soul who, due to events has their own being bound by fel powers. They want nothing more than to break the weak and conquer others ### Fiendish Magic Starting at 1st level, your link to the lower planes grants you access to spells that most can only obtain through bargaining. You can learn spells from the warlock class. When your spellcasting feature lets you learn or replace a sorcerer cantrip or a sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher, you can choose the new spell from the warlock spell list or the sorcerer spell list. You must otherwise obey all the restrictions for selecting the spell, and it becomes a sorcerer spell for you. You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Demonic Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. You can use these dice to either amplify your attacks. Whenever you deal damage, you can spend an amount equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) these d8s to deal extra damage. Roll the spent dice and add them to the damage as necrotic damage. You regain expended dice once per long rest ### Demonic Boons At 6th level, you become adept with your powers, allowing you to tap in to some more hidden feats. You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Choose one of the following abilities: **Drain Life.** Whenever you deal damage using your Horrid Touch, you gain temporary hit points for each dice spent. These temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). ___ **Dark Blessing.** At the start of your turn, you can spend one die from Horrid Touch to give yourself +2 AC or +4 to a saving throw of your choice. This benefit lasts for 1 round and can be given to other creatures you designate. Spend an additional dice for each additional creature. ___ You can swap one ability for the other once per long rest. ___ You can also now transform unexpended sorcery points into one die for your d8 pool as a bonus action on your turn. The created dice vanish at the end of a long rest. You can create an amount equal to your Charisma modifier and cannot exceed your total amount. ### Enthralling Gaze At 14th level, you can create thralls to serve under your command. By spending 4 sorcery points, you can choose one humanoid within 30 feet of you. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Sorcerer spell save DC or become Charmed until you dismiss them as a bonus action or until the end of your next long rest. While charmed this way, you can give them a simple command which they will follow to the best of their abilities. Whenever the creature is harmed by you, another creature or gets a command which is harmful or suicidal, they can repeat their saving throw to end the Charmed effect early. A creature who is no longer charmed cannot be charmed this way for another 24 hours. ### Devil Spawn At 18th level, your demonic heritage has fully manifested in your body, intertwining with your soul and bestowing you the ability to transform yourself into a true demon. As an action, you become a hybrid between humanoid and fiend for 1 minute, in which you gain the following benefits: - You gain resistance to cold, fire, lightning, poison, bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage unless the weapon is magical or coated with silver. - You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Charisma modifier. - You grow bat-like wings. You gain a flying speed of 30ft. - Your attacks deal extra fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier. You also become the Fiend (either a demon or a devil) type for the sake of spells and effects that also target or affect Fiends such as Detect Evil and Good or the Paladin's Divine Sense ability. You can activate this ability once per long rest or spend 6 sorcery points to use this once more.

\page ## Warlock: Pact of the Elements ___ Warlocks who forge a Pact with an Elemental being usually do so with one of the Genies, a very powerful elemental who provides powers to those who serve under its rule. But the warlock can also bind itself to a being with an aptitude to elemental energies such as a dragon, Elder Elementals or even the old primal energies manifesting a conscience. With their borrowed powers, the warlock gains an ineptitude over elemental energies that rival the most powerful of Evokers > ##### The Profane Soul Bloodhunter > If by some weird intervention you want to play a bloodhunter and want to select this subclass as your patron for the Profane Soul order, you get the following abilities once you have reached a certain level: > > **Rite Focus.** At 3rd level, whenever you deal rite damage to a target, you may also deal the same damage to one target standing next to them. > > **Revealed Arcana.** At 7th level, you can cast Enhance Ability using your pact magic spell slot. > >**Unsealed Arcana.** At 15th level, you can cast Protection from Energy using your pact magic spell slot. ### Expanded Spells The Elemental lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The number rolled on this die determines the attack's damage type, as shown below. 1-3 Bludgeoning 4-6 Cold 6-7 Fire 8-10 Lightning 11-12 Thunder The spell creats more than one beam when you reach higher levels - two beams at 5th level, three beams at 11th level, and four beams at 17th level. You can direct the beams at the same target or at different ones. Make a seperate attack roll for each beam. #### Invocation: Booming Destruction *Prerequisite: Elemental Blast and not owning an Elemental Blast Invocation* Your Elemental Blast always deals Thunder damage. In addition, whenever a creature is subjected to the saving throw, if they failed it, they are deafened until the end of their next turn #### Invocation: Electrifying Stun *Prerequisite: Elemental Blast and not owning an Elemental Blast Invocation* Your Elemental Blast always deals Lightning damage. In addition, whenever a creature is subjected to the saving throw, their movement speed is reduced by 5 feet until the start of your next turn ### Energy Manipulation Starting at 1st level, your patron's influence over a specific element gives you the ability to manipulate said element with ease. Choose one of the following types of elemental manifestations: Earth, Electricity, Fire, Water or Wind. You gain seperate abilities revolving around the type of elemental energy you have chosen. You gain a specific cantrip that is linked to the elemental type your patron has granted you manipulation over. The cantrips you can learn are: Control Flames (Fire), Gust (Wind), Mold Earth (Earth), Sakon's Galvanizer (Electricity) and Shape Water (Water). This count as warlock cantrip for you, but it doesn't count against your number of cantrips known. You also learn Primordial as an additional language. If you already know Primordial, you can instead choose a different language altogether

\page ### Elemental Aptitude Starting at 1st level, you can bend certain elemental energies to produce a specific effect. Depending on what type of element you have chosen, you gain the following benefit: - **Earth.** As a reaction, whenever you deal Bludgeoning damage to a creature, that creature must make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be knocked prone - **Electricity.** As a reaction, whenever you deal Lightning damage to a creature, that creature must make a Constitution saving throw or have half its movement reduced - **Fire.** As a reaction, whenever you deal Fire damage to a creature, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or take fire damage equal to half your Warlock level rounded up - **Water.** As a reaction, whenever you deal Cold damage to a creature, the area around that creature becomes difficult terrain - **Wind.** As a reaction, whenever you deal Thunder damage to a creature, that creature must make a Strength saving throw or have one item they are holding blown 5 feet away from them ### Resist the Elements At 6th level, you have learned how to isolate the elements to not only protect your allies, but also yourself. You gain resistance to either Bludgeoning (Earth), Cold (Water), Fire (Fire), Lightning (Electricity) or Thunder (Wind) damage. In addition, you can use your reaction to lend this resistance to one creature you can see within 30ft of you. You can do this up to your Charisma modifier amount of times (with a minimum of 1). You regain any expended uses back on a long rest ### Elemental Control At 10th level, you can harness the elements in creative ways to benefit you. You are granted one of the following benefits depending on what kind of elemental type you have chosen: - **Earth.** Moving through difficult terrain made by earth and stone doesn't cost you extra movement. You do not disturb the material while moving through it. You also gain an AC of 17 due to your skin having developed a rocky texture - **Electricity.** You cannot be knocked prone, stunned or paralyzed. Your skin is somewhat grey and your hair (if any) seem to be always static - **Fire.** You can walk through fire or on lava without taking damage (as long as you do not end your turn in it. Getting hit by fire damage does not prevent you from taking damage). As a reaction, you can emit a heat pulse which deals Fire damage equal to half your warlock level. Your skin takes a charcoal-like appearance to accomidate this change - **Water.** You gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed, can breath underwater and gain 60ft of darkvision or an additional 30ft if you already have Darkvision. Your eyes have turned black and you have some fish-like features to show it - **Wind.** You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. Your skin has become more pale and you seem to have lost more weight than you normally have ### Elder's Wrath At 14th level, you can call upon your patron to transform the battlefield to be part of its domain. As an action, you can choose one point you can see within 10ft of you. From it sprouts a 100-foot-radius circle that generates elemental effects thanks to your patron. If this ability is used indoors, the radius is restricted to the entire room only. One of the following effects will occur inside of the circle: - **Earth.** The earth trembles and quakes to the point of it breaking up. The area is affected as if Earthquake had been casted, using the same effects and saves as the spell itself - **Electricity.** Clouds gather around in the circle, rumbling and crackling with electricity. As a bonus action, you can shoot out a lightning bolt to one point you can see within range. Each creature within 5 feet of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spellsave DC, taking 4d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. - **Fire.** The area cracks open, revealing molten lava seeping out of the ground. The air inside of the circle is filled with embers and brimstone, being hazardous to all but you and your allies. At the beginning of their turn and when this activates, each creature within the circle must make a Constitution saving throw against your spellsave DC or gain one level of exhaustion, to a maximum of 3 levels. A creature can make a Constitution saving throw whilst outside of the circle to lose one level on a succesfull save. Regardless, a creature within the circle takes 2d4 Fire damage - **Water.** Heavy rain and snow falls within the sphere, making everything within it heavily obscured. A 15-foot circle is centred on you however, where creatures can clearly see what happens within the circle and aren't affected by its effects. This benefit can only be perceived and gained by you and your allies. Any creature within the circle but not inside of the bubble takes 1d8 bludgeoning and 1d4 cold damage - **Wind.** Heavy winds swirl in the circle, imposing disadvantage to ranged attack rolls. These winds however guide your and your allies' projectiles, giving them advantage and double their normal range.

\page ## Warden ___ A Half-Orc and her companions are ambushed by a White Dragon. Without hesitation, she stands her ground and braces her shield for its foul ice breath, commanding her comrades to get behind her. ___ A Halfling runs into battle, shouting mocks and detestible words at her adversaries. They take the bait, closing in on her, while they have inadvertantly allowed themselves to walk into her team's trap. ___ A Dwarf finds himself in combat against a Death Knight. Waiting patiently, he elegantly blocks each hit, making openings for himself to perform counter attacks to wittle the Death Knight down, one strike at a time. ___ These hearty heroes are Wardens. Unified by their guerilla tactics and impenetrable defense, they stand side by side with other heroes to overtopple any obstacle that may come their way. Any strong offense needs an equally good defense, and that is what the Warden provides. ### Trading damage for defense ___ A Warden is defined by their pristine armor and wit. Like a Fighter's weapon or a Wizard's spellbook, a Warden's armor tells a lot not only about their strategy, but also their personality. Their armor is their all. However, this inadvertently doesn't allow the Warden to become the biggest threat on a battlefield due to their training mostly revolving around the use of armor. But do not let this catch you off-guard. All Wardens specialise themselves in some way to compliment a certain stratagem. By giving them one opening, the Warden can execute their plan, and have their armor prevent you from acting on it. ### - ___ ### Creating a Warden ___ As you make your Warden character, consider why your character has adopted a philosophy of using their armor as a conduit of their person. Why have they chosen their equipment, and how does that interlink with their strategy? Did they have a mentor who taught them the training necessary to further develop their own skills? Or is your character crafty and thinking on the fly? You may also look into the subclasses provided in this PDF to see which could compliment either your playstyle or character. They could provide some inspiration to your character's personal growth.

### Quick Build ___ You can make a Warden quickly by following these suggestions. First, put your highest ability score in either Strength or Dexterity, depending on if you want to focus more on either Light- or Heavy armor. Your next-highest score should be Constitution. Be sure to consider if you want to have a sizable Wisdom if you plan to adopt the Crusader subclass. Second, any background can do for a Warden, but a good fit is one that includes different types of skill proficiencies not included in the Warden proficiencies list.

On your turn, as a bonus action, you gain the following: - Enemies within 30 feet of you have disadvantage on attack rolls against your allies. - If a creature is within 10 feet of you when you activate this ability or starts its turn within 10 feet of you, they must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or they must use their reaction to move towards you using the fastest route available. They must end in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you and expend any remaining movement. This range increases to 30 feet when you reach 11th level. ___ This ability lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious, or if your turn ends and you haven't been attacked by a hostile creature or your allies haven't taken damage. You can also end this ability on your turn as a bonus action. ___ Once you have used bulwark the maximum number of times for your warden level, you must finish a long rest before you can use bulwark again. You may use this ability 2 times at 1st level, 3 at 4th, 4 at 7th, 5 at 11th, and 6 at 16th.

\page ### Armored Defense Your training in armory has given you the ability to block most attacks that would be fatal to even you. As a reaction, if you were to be hit by an attack roll, you add a +2 bonus to your AC to your armor class until the end of this turn. This bonus ends early when an attack misses you due to this increase. This bonus increases as your level increases in this class. You must be wearing armor to gain this benefit. ### Counterblow Beginning at 2nd level, hits you withstand can be turned into basic counter attacks. Whenever a creature misses an attack due to your Armored Defense, you can immediately make one weapon attack against that creature. When you do, you do not apply your main ability modifier for the damage roll until you have reached 9th level. You can do so equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1) and regain all charges after a short or long rest. ### Fighting Style At 2nd level, you adopt a particular style of fighting as your specialty. Choose one of the following options. You can't take a Fighting Style option more than once, even if you later get to choose again. #### Blind Fighting You have blindsight with a range of 10 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn't behind total cover, even if you're blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an invisible creature within that range, unless the creature successfully hides from you. #### Charge On your turn, you can take a special attack action to bullrush through your foes. You expend the rest of your movement and move immediately. During this, you can enter a hostile creature's space and have them make a Strength saving throw. The saving throw DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier. On a failed save, it takes 1d6 + your strength modifier bludgeoning damage and they are moved 5 feet in any direction except your charge path. This action stops whenever someone succeeds your saving throw or you have no more movement to spend. When this happens, you end your movement in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the target. #### Defense While you are wearing armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC. #### Dueling When you are wielding a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon.

#### Interception When a creature you can see hits a target, other than you, within 5 feet of you with an attack, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage the target takes by 1d10 + your proficiency bonus (to a minimum of 0 damage). You must be wielding a shield or a simple or martial weapon to use this reaction. #### Protection When a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll. You must be wielding a shield. #### Thrown Weapon Fighting You can draw a weapon that has the thrown property as part of the attack you make with the weapon. ___ In addition, when you hit with a ranged attack using a thrown weapon, you gain a +2 bonus to the damage roll. #### Unarmed Fighting Your unarmed strikes can deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier on a hit. If you aren't wielding any weapons or a shield when you make the attack roll, the d6 becomes a d8. ___ At the start of each of your turns, you can deal 1d4 bludgeoning damage to one creature grappled by you. ### Rigorous Training Starting at 3rd level, you choose a training regime from the list available that encompass your continual quest to improve your defenses. The training you choose grants you features at 3rd level and again at 6th, 10th and 14th level. ### Extra Attack Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. ### Extra Defense Beginning at 5th level, you gain an additional reaction that can only be used for your Armored Defense. At 11th level, you gain an additional reaction that can only be used for your Glorius Defense. You can only use one reaction per turn. ### Sky Strike Beginning at 7th level, when you activate your bulwark, you can target one flying creature within 90 feet of you. That creature must make a Strength saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) or becomes Grounded for the duration of your Bulwark. A grounded creature immediately descends to a flat surface closest to it and is unable to benefit from their flying speed. If the creature has a hover speed, it cannot use it to ascend.

\page ### Warden's Conduct Beginning at 7th level, your training in your own capabilities have given you more insight on certain fields you are practising in. Skills you are not proficient in gain a +1 bonus for each skill you are proficient in, if they are from the same main ability. If you are proficient in two dexterity-based skills for example, you gain a +2 bonus to your other non-proficient dexterity skills. ### Glorious Defense Beginning at 9th level, you have practised to withstand strong blows which would've toppled you before. Whenever you are subjected to a Strength or Dexterity saving throw, you can use your reaction to gain a bonus to your roll equal to your Armored Defense bonus. You may apply this bonus before or after you've rolled, but not before you have heard the result. You can use this reaction equal to your Constitution modifier and regain expended uses after a Long rest. ### Strengthened Mind Beginning at 11th level, your mind becomes as strong as the armor you wear. You become proficient in either Charisma, Intelligence or Wisdom saving throws. At level 13 and 15, you may choose another one of these saving throws to become proficient in ### Persistent Protection Beginning at 15th level, your tenacity is grand, allowing your bulwark ability to continue even if you are not the target of an attack or allies haven't been damaged. ### Reprisal Beginning at 17th level, you defenses are unending, but so are you. While you are below half your hit points, you become resistant to all damage. In addition, you have advantage on death saving throws and if you score three successes, you restore 1 hit point. Once you have used this feature, you cannot do so again until you have finished a long rest. ### Royal Guard Beginning at 18th level, you become virtually invulnerable through sheer grit and spirit. Whenever you finish a long rest, choose one damage type of your choice. You gain immunity to that damage type until you finish a long rest. ### Unbreakable At 20th level, you have become the embodiment of guarding. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for your saving throws.

\page ### Crusader Crusaders are those who uphold both religious freedom and law. These holy knights have made their body their temple, using it as a conduit to both extend their faith and protection to others and smite those who have wronged their believes. #### Spellcasting When you reach 3rd level, you augment your defensive potential with the ability to cast spells. See the player's handbook at chapter 10 for the general rules of spellcasting and chapter 11 for the cleric spell list. **Cantrips.** You learn two cantrips of your choice from the cleric spell list. You learn an additional cleric cantrip of your choice at 10th level. **Spell Slots.** The Crusader Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your cleric spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell's level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest. For example, if you know the 1st-level spell shield of faith and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast shield of faith using either slot. **Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher.** You know three 1st-level cleric spells of your choice, two of which you must choose from the abjuration and evocation spells on the cleric spell list. The Spells Known column of the Crusader Spellcasting table shows when you learn more cleric spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells must be an abjuration or evocation spell of your choice, and must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level. ___ The spells you learn at 8th, 14th, and 20th level can come from any school of magic. ___ Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the cleric spells you know with another spell of your choice from the cleric spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots, and it must be an abjuration or evocation spell, unless you're replacing the spell you gained at 3rd, 8th, 14th, or 20th level from any school of magic. ___ **Spellcasting Ability.** Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your cleric spells, since you learn your spells through prayer and mental training. You use your Wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a cleric spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one. **Spell save DC** = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier **Spell attack modifier** = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier #### Channel Bulwark Starting at 3rd level, your bulwark ability becomes magical due to your connections to your faith, improving its defenses. When you activate your Bulwark ability, you and any creatures you choose within 30 feet of you gain temporary hit points equal to 1d6 + your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1). ``` ```

#### Improved Divinity At 6th level, your Bulwark becomes the conduit for your divine magic. When you use your Bulwark ability, you can immediately cast a spell that requires an action or bonus action to cast. You must still provide the components and spell slot necessary to cast it. Any other spell you want to cast that turn must be a cantrip. #### Divine Strike At 10th level, your attacks become suffused with divine energy, dealing 1d8 extra radiant damage the first time you deal damage on a round. #### Unified Spirit At 14th level, your spells can now bolster more creatures than they normally should. If you use an action or bonus action to cast a spell on a friendly creature other than you, you can also choose another creature besides you within 30 feet of that creature. The new target gains the benefits of the spell that has been cast. This only works on spells that target a single creature. If the spell requires concentration, it will end for both creatures when the spell ends or concentration has been broken. You can do so up to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1) and regain these uses after you finish a long rest.

\page ### Juggernaut Juggernauts are wardens who have perfected the art of defense. Their armor can stand the tests of time, any hardship, and any juggernaut worth their salt knows they need to be ready for anything at anytime and any place. #### Armor Practise Starting at 3rd level, you have built your strategy and tactics around your prefered armor. As long as the Bulwark ability is active, you gain a certain benefit depending on which armor type you currently wear: - Light Armor: Your movement speed is increased with 10 feet. Non-magical difficult terrain does not slow you down. - Medium Armor: If a creature has advantage with an attack roll made against you, it is instead treated as a normal roll. - Heavy Armor: At the start of your turn, you gain temporary hit points equal to your constitution modifier #### Shield Training At 3rd level, you have set aside some time to make your shield into an invaluable tool for combat. If you have a shield in your hand, you can use it as a weapon as a bonus action. It is a simple weapon with which you are proficient with and it has the light property. If you hit an attack with your shield, you deal damage equal to 1d6 + your strength or dexterity modifier. If you chose Strength, the damage you deal is bludgeoning damage. If you chose Dexterity, you deal slashing damage #### Shield Mastery At 6th level, your shield becomes integral to your armor-based strategy. If you are wearing a certain type of armor whilst having a shield, you gain a certain benefit: - Light Armor: Your dexterity modifier is doubled whenever you must make a Dexterity saving throw. - Medium Armor: Whenever you make an attack roll with your shield, you can also push away or knock a creature prone as part of the same action. You still follow the same rules with pushing or knocking a creature prone. - Heavy Armor: At the start of your turn, choose three tiles either east, north, south or west of you. Creatures you choose, that are standing in this space, gain the benefits of half-cover as long as they are not adjacent to a hostile creature in the direction you chose. #### Armor Mastery At 10th level, the skills you've gained through Armor Practise have improved. You gain a certain benefit depending on what type of armor you are wearing: - Light Armor: Magical Terrain cannot slow you down. In addition, you become resistant to damage dealt through attacks of opportunity. - Medium Armor: When you would miss with an attack roll, you may reroll the d20 and choose the new result. You may do so once per turn. - Heavy Armor: You gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing and Slashing damage.

#### Armored Shogun At 14th level, you have mastered the art of defense. You can choose to, when you activate your bulwark, gain the following benefits: - If a creature misses an attack against you, your next attack against them is made with advantage until the end of your next turn. - If a creature hits you, attacks against you are made with disadvantage until the end of your next turn. - If you were to fail a saving throw, you can choose to reroll the saving throw and can choose the new result. Once your Bulwark has ended, you cannot gain these benefits again until you finish a long rest ### Maniac Not all wardens are alike. Some protect not by making the optimal defense, but by making the strongest attacks. These wardens, dubbed maniacs by their respective groups and victims, use the full bulk of their defense to unleash terrifying blows, even if it means leaving themselves open for incoming dangers. #### Aggressive Starting at 3rd level, your philosophy has taken over your basic instincts, allowing you to flourish in some other aspect instead. While you wear light armor or medium armor and have equipped no shield, attacks of opportunity are made with disadvantage against you and if they miss, you may make a single melee attack roll against the target #### Rush At 3rd level, your bulwark ability sends you into a frenzy. While your bulwark is active, you gain the following benefits: - Your walking speed is increased by 15 feet. - When you reach a creature, you can expend the rest of your movement to make a single melee attack roll against them. The minimal amount of movement needed to do so needs to be half your highest movement speed rounded up - You gain a damage bonus equal to your Armored Defense bonus for one damage roll per round - You gain an AC decrease equal to your of Armored Defense bonus #### Stoic At 6th level, you turn pain into a driving force to crush your foes. When you take damage from a creature within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make a single melee weapon attack against that creature. If the attack hits, you can choose to deal damage to them equal to half the damage they dealt to you. Once you have dealt damage this way, you cannot do so again until you have finished a short or long rest #### Iron Body At 10th level, your body has become more resistant towards most conventional weapons and projectiles. You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage

\page #### Brutal Strike At 14th level, your strikes are guided with the sole desire to destroy. You gain a damage bonus equal to your proficiency bonus with your melee attack rolls. You also deal double damage towards buildings and structures.

\page ## Synopsis on Weapon Enhancements In addition to many wonderful spell options, one can outfit their weapons to add more versatility and deadliness to it. The enhancements melee weapons get improves on their use and gives them more utility. From widgets attached to the weapon to making it more useful in niche cases. Many of the enhancements below aid in this. Do note that each weapon you carry can only have three enhancements in total unless stated otherwise by being "Exempted". Not every weapon can have all enhancements. Some enhancements cannot be used in tandum with another due to how it would conflict with the nature of having both attached to the weapon. Lastly, some weapons come with their own enhancements build-in. "Forging" your weapon adds two extra enhancements which do not count to your total enhancements owned. These enhancements only last for one day, so make it count. ## Melee Weapons #### Adamantine Plating Whenever you hit an object with this weapon, the hit counts as a critical hit. #### Balanced The weapon gains the Thrown property (20/60). If it already has the thrown property, its normal range is increased by 10 feet and its far range is increased by 30 feet. #### Collapsible (Exempted) This weapon unfolds or telescopes out from a compact device one third of the weapon's size. #### Golden Plating Your weapon deals an additional 1d6 damage with its first damage roll made this turn. And it's cooler! (In game terms) #### Lightweighted Design (Exempted) The weapon weighs half its normal weight and loses the heavy property if it's present. #### Radar Your weapon has a device which emits a radar that can detect creatures within a 10-foot sphere. You need to wield this weapon in order to gain these benefits. Dexterity (Stealth) checks made by creatures within the sphere that are hiding from you are made with disadvantage. Certain creatures can either obscure or tamper with this enhancement, making them invisible to this radar specifically. #### Rifle Bullet Your weapon has a mechanism built into it to fire off one medium bullet. Your weapon can now make ranged attacks, gaining the Range (60/120)- and Reload (1) property, dealing 1d8 piercing damage on a hit and you make these ranged attacks using either your strength or dexterity modifier. #### Scrambler Your weapon has a device which emits an electronic interference field in a 10-foot sphere. You need to wield this weapon in order to gain these benefits. Certain constructs, equipment and traps that need electricity to function become Incapacitated regardless of any condition immunities while in this field. If a creature has the Construct type, they must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or make its Attack rolls and Skill checks with disadvantage. #### Silvered Your weapon becomes lined or coated with silver, allowing you to overcome resistances to creatures who are vulnerable to silver-lined weapons. #### Streamlined You no longer needn't to roll with disadvantage when making attack rolls with this weapon underwater. #### Spring-Loaded Blade Your weapon's blade has a mechanism which allows you to fire it. You gain a special attack roll where you fire off the bladed or bludgeoned part of your weapon. Make a melee attack roll against one creature within 20 feet of you. The creature takes the weapon's damage when hit. Afterwards, due to missing a vital component with which it deals its effective damage, your weapon gets reverted into a Club or Quarterstaff determined by the DM (in reason) until the fired blade or bludgeoned part gets attached. To revert the weapon back to its original state, you need to retrieve the fired part and attach it back. Doing so needs no action. #### Titanium Frame The weapon's bladed or bludgeoned part is improved with superior metals, allowing you to make bonus action attacks. \page ## Ranged Weapons #### Bayonet/Knife The weapon functions as a dagger for making melee attacks in addition to its other statistics. If your weapon has the two-handed property, you can only make melee attacks with the weapon if you hold it with two hands. If your weapon has the light property, you may use it for two-weapon fighting. #### Burstfire The weapon expends two extra bullets per attack action, but grants you a +1 with attack and damage rolls made with the weapon. You can switch between normal and burstfiring as a free action. #### Collapsible (Exempted) This weapon can be broken into several parts or reconstructed from its parts over the course of a minute. While dismantled, this weapon can't be used to make an attack, but it can be stored in half as much space and ability checks made to conceal the weapon are made with advantage. #### Extended Magazine The number of bullets this weapon holds in one clip is increased by 50% (rounded down). #### Flashlight (Exempted) When activated, this flashlight casts a bright light in a 60-foot cone and dim light for an additional 60 feet. #### Fully Automatic This weapon has the Spray trait. (A weapon that has the Spray trait can make a single-target attack or it can spray a 10-foot-cube area within normal range with shots. Each creature in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw equal to 8 + your weapon attack modifier. Creatures take the normal damage on a failed save or half as much on a success. This action uses ten pieces of ammunition. #### Golden Plated (Exempted) The weapon can immediately make one attack against a creature within 30 feet when drawn. You can only do this once per turn. And you are cooler! (In game terms :p) #### Lasersight The normal range of the weapon is increased. The increase varies per weapon. #### Lightweighted Design (Exempted) The weapon weighs half its normal weight and loses its Heavy property if it's present. #### Masterkey Adds an under-barrel shotgun. It uses medium bullets (15/30), deals 3d4 piercing damage on a successful hit, using your weapon's default attack modifier and has Reload 2. #### Rapid Fire Increases the damage dice dealt by the Spray property by one damage die. #### Sawn-Off We sawed off (much) of the barrel of your gun, allowing for more stopping power in exchange for range. If you roll a 1 or 2 for your damage dice, you may reroll the die but must use the new roll, even if it is a 1 or 2. You may apply this feature to only one damage roll per attack. Your gun's normal range is decreased by a third. #### Scope The far range of the weapon is increased. The increase varies per weapon. When making a ranged attack beyond the weapon's normal range, the weapon has a +1 to its attack roll. #### Silencer This nullifies the Loud property or reduces it to a range of 30 feet. While the silencer is attached, a ranged weapon attack with the weapon automatically misses a target beyond the weapon's normal range. As an action, you can attach the silencer to any firearm which uses bullet type ammunition. You can also remove the silencer as an action. #### Strap If you let go of the weapon, it will dangle off of your body, moving with you until you decide to grab it using an Interact Object action. #### Taped Magazines You can now reload whilst in the middle of an attack. Doing so costs a reaction. #### Under-barrel Grenade Launcher Adds an under-barrel grenade launcher. It uses a special type of grenade, has the loading property, launches up to a point you can see within 60 feet, requires a Dexterity saving throw and deals 2d6 thunder damage, in a 10-foot sphere, on a failure or half as much on a success. The DC equals to 8 + your weapon's default attack modifier.
