Whenever he hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an additional 4d8 necrotic and 4d8 radiant damage. > > ***Let's Make a Deal.*** Lucifer is able to cast the wish spell to a much more powerful degree than other spellcasters, but can only be used to grant the wish of a mortal that is capable of selling their soul to Lucifer for said wish. > > ***The Great Deceiver.*** Lucifer knows if he hears a lie, and cannot be forced to tell the truth by any means. > > ***Magic Resistance.*** Lucifer has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. > > ***Innate Spellcasting.*** Lucifer's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 25). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Hit 33 (4d10+9) slashing damage, plus 20 (4d8) necrotic damage and 20 (4d8) radiant damage. > > > ***Supreme Glimmering Hellfire Orb (1/Day).*** Lucifer hurls a massive ball made up of fire, necrotic, and radiant energy that explodes at a point that he can see within 150 feet of him. Each creature within a 60 foot radius of the point must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw. The damage spreads around corners. A creature takes 50 (10d8) fire damage, 50 (10d8) necrotic damage, and 50 (10d8) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. > > > ***Fallen Greatsword.*** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +18 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 33 (4d10+9) slashing damage, plus 20 (4d8) necrotic damage and 20 (4d8) radiant damage. > > ***Ultimate Temptation (3/Day).*** Lucifer selects a target within 60 feet of him. He then manifests and offers the physical manifestation of that creature's ultimate desires in return for servitude. The target must make a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw, or be charmed by Lucifer for 24 hours. If the creature is of an evil alignment, it has disadvantage on the save. A creature charmed in this way obeys all mental and verbal commands given by Lucifer, even if it leads to the charm the creature. A charmed creature may attempt to break free of the charm once every 30 seconds. \page

#### Sword of The Lightbringer ___ - *Weapon (greatsword), artifact (requires attunement)* - Known as Phosphorus, the sword that the Lightbringer took up against the gods that precipitated the great fall was forged in the highest heavens from elements of the universe and the bones of an archangel who attempted to stop the Lightbringer from raising his hand against the creators. - The gleaming, reddish blade glows with a brilliant white light. The sword is large, being considered a greatsword in the hands of a Medium-sized being. - The blade grants you a +5 bonus to hit. It ignores immunity or resistance to slashing or critical hits. The sword deals 14 (4d6) additional slashing damage on a natural 20, and a second roll of natural 20 dismembers a victim’s limb, instantly cauterizing the wound so that it cannot be regenerated without additional magical assistance such as a heal spell. - The blade casts a bright pinkish light in a 10-foot radius and a dim light for an additional 20-foot radius. - The sword itself generates an aura of intense evil, and a successful DC 18 Charisma saving throw must be made by any non-lawful evil aligned bearer, lest they be unable to wield the weapon due to excruciating pain associated with its touch.

Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Lucifer regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn. > > **Teleport.** Lucifer magically teleports, along with any equipment or item he is carrying, up to 150 feet away in an unoccupied space he can see. > > **Glimmering Hellfire Burst (Costs 3 actions).** Lucifer emits the perverted energy of his unnatural soul. Each creature of his choice within 15 feet of him must succeed a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw, taking 16 (4d8) fire damage, 16 (4d8) necrotic damage, and 16 (4d8) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. > > **Mass Charm (Costs 2 actions).** Lucifer weaves wicked words into the hearts of all creatures within 30 feet of him. All creatures must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, or be charmed for one minute. > > > ### Lair Actions > Lucifer encountered in Hell, his lair, has a challenge rating of CR 30 (235,000 XP). On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), he can take one of the following magical effects; Lucifer cannot use the same effect two rounds in a row: > > **Fiendish Recovery:** Lucifer recovers 25 hit points. > > **Hymn of the Damned:** Lucifer calls forth the spirits of the infernal pit to materialize and attack an enemy within 60 feet of him. The target must succeed a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 60 (20d6) necrotic damage on a failure, and half as much on a success. > > **Barrier of the Apostate:** Cleric and Paladin spells and divine powers (including channel divinity) cannot be used within 120 feet of Lucifer for one round. > > **Temptation's Reward:** Lucifer deals 10 necrotic damage to all creatures charmed by him, recovering an equal amount of the damage dealt as hit points. Charmed enemies damaged in this way gain a 1d4 bonus to attack, damage, and saving throw rolls until the next initiative 20 count (1 round). > > ### Reactions > **Twist Fate.** If a creature rolls a natural 20 on any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, Lucifer can use a reaction to cause the roll to instantly fail instead. > > **Redirect.** If a creature misses Lucifer with an attack roll, Lucifer can use a reaction to cause the attack to hit a different creature within the attack's range.
