Adjusted the amount of blood curses known and blood maledict uses to somewhat reflect a "warlock styled" half casters
Improved blood curses: now they are way stronger (similar power level to some spells), and scale with your Blood hunter level.
Added two new fighting styles: occult warrior and rite knowledge, to bring some more uniqueness and emulate what paladins and rangers get.
Order of the profane soul: added the new patrons Genie and Fathomless, and reworked the level 3 feature so that you can cast that spell once for free. Was quite useless before.
Added a new subclass, the Flagellant! With quite a bit of free lore. You can elect to ignore it if you want, or use it as inspiration for your campaign. The flagellant is meant to be a mix between support and dps, focusing on taking risks at low health: "you control the speed at which you die".
Added three new blood curses: "blood curse of the lifestream" for the flagellant, and "blood curse of the stagnating ink" and "blood curse of the star gaze" for everyone! The first provides some nice out of combat utility while the second lets you channel the maddening power of the stars. Have fun!
